We had a fantastic stay. The house is in a great location, just minutes to sanibel or ft myers. The pool was warm and clean and in great condition. Being right on the water at the end of the canal made for a beautiful and private outdoor space. The house is well stocked with beach chairs, kayaks, fishing poles, a grill and fire pit. And the owner was very responsive - I had answers to questions in a matter of minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend or return for another stay.

Jennifer is a fantastic host. She communicated promptly, with all details needed. She cared about our stay and experience and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The pool is lovely and has a great view of the canal. We spent so much time on the back covered patio and pool area. The house has newly been renovated with tasteful neutral colors that gives a peaceful yet cozy feel. The air conditioner works really well, the kitchen is updated and the laundry machines are new. I fully recommend this wonderful property.

We came into town for a baseball tournament and had a great stay. Fishing and kayaking in the canal was a great way to entertain when we weren’t playing. Pool was nice and grill was great for cooking. The house was perfect!

We could not have asked for anything more from this property or from our host. The house was clean, well-appointed, the perfect layout for our party (3 adults) with 3BR/2BA, quiet, comfortable and had a great view of the pool and the canal.
Jennifer, the host, was amazing. She quickly responded to all of our questions and was in touch with us, as appropriate, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She was super flexible on some special requests that we had, too, which made us feel like we were "friends" rather than "owner/renter." Because of our schedule, we weren't able to enjoy the pool as much as we'd planned but it was beautiful, clean and a great temperature.
I do not hesitate to recommend this property or this host. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Perfect!
Our first time and must say it was the best! The communication was excellent which makes for a comfortable and stress free experience. The setting couldn’t have been any better. Perfect size and clean, well maintenance and up to date home. The resources and commodities were an added touch that were much appreciated. I understand why most lock all their items up, but we respect property and it was nice to be able to use all accessories. The pool was perfect for the kids; especially coming home from a long day at the beach. Highly recommend an early kayak trip as I seen dolphins while out.
We paid for the dolphin two hour jet ski tour and seen not a single one lol I highly recommend this place and will be back. Thanks for this amazing family vacation!!!

Cute house, close to the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and his friend got alot of use out of the pool in the back yard. Located on a canal, was quiet. About 15 mins from the downtown area, and beach a access. There was alot to do, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sunny Days Oasis. The house was very clean and Jennifer was very easy to contact with any questions and responded promptly. The pool was amazing and the view from the pool was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Awesome place!
The house was in a great location! We rented a boat for the weekend and we’re able to keep it docked right in the backyard! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had the best time at this property! Great location, great amenities and a beautiful home. The sunsets from the pool are unbelievable. Only thing missing was a manatee sighting :) Loved our stay here!

Wonderful week
Great week in Fort Myers. Between fishing from the dock and swimming in the saltwater pool, we barely needed to leave. The house was very well equipped, including life jackets for all ages. The layout is also very nice with the master suite off the kitchen, and two bedrooms off of the living room with a bathroom between them. We hope to be back in the future.

Updated Home, Beautiful Pool!
We booked this property to spend time with our son, daughter in law, and infant grandson. It was immaculate with super cute updates. We especially loved spending time in and around the pool. It would have been nice if there had been restaurants or other activities within walking distance. However, we found great restaurants and grocery shopping within a five minute drive. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay at this lovely property.

The Perfect Chill House
This house is amazing. It looked great and the outdoor area was perfect for us to sit around in. We frequently found ourselves sitting on the patio in the early morning after breakfast enjoying the weather. We found it to be a great spot for us to have a little reunion of sorts. It is within "walking" distance of a little downtown area with some neat restaurants. There is also a multitude of nearby beaches that we drove to. We could not have asked for a better host and house for this trip. Definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for a family vacation!
This house was the perfect location for a nice week long vacation. It’s not too far of a drive to Fort Myers beach or Cape Coral. Easy access to shopping/dining/local attractions. The pool was a great add on. If we didn’t find ourselves at the beach that day the kids (especially) enjoyed having their own pool to swim in. The house was exactly as described and very clean. Jennifer was a great host. I never had to communicate with her during our stay but I knew she was just a phone call away if something did arise. We will definitely be back!

Sunny Days Oasis
Of all the homes I have stayed in, there has never been one that was as well stocked and in beautiful condition. Towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The kitchen was stocked with quality dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker and everything. Jennifer was also attentive and great to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay!
We stayed in this beautifully renovated home for a week in Fort Myers. This house was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was as shown in pictures. The pool was great! We used the grill but not the fire pit while we were there. The kayaks were awesome, life vests included. Lots of beach supplies and coolers to use. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Even a first aid kit when we needed it! Plenty of cleaning supplies for kitchen and laundry supplies. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this property to family and friends and will definitely consider staying here again when in the area! Communication with property owners was easy and they responded quickly.

Mini vacation with family to visit family.
We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had is that we had to move food around in the fridge so we could store our food and drinks. Will definitely recommend to my family that visits there often.

Great getaway for the family
Our party of 7 had an amazing time at sunny days oasis! The house was stocked with everything we needed and the pool was beyond what we expected! Jennifer was very responsive and so kind! We have already talked about renting it again down the road!
