My family absolutely LOVED this house and described it as "immaculate" several times. They were in absolute awe of the abundant greenery, the bright airy living spaces, and sound of nature at night. Coming from Dallas, a giant city, it was absolutely refreshing to be surrounded by nature. It's a bit of a drive away from popular tourist spots, but we didn't mind because the drive was beautiful.

After spending four days in Old Town/Resort Area, it was terrific to head to Gurabo and stay in this villa-style home. While it is in a gated community within Gurabo, you feel like you are far away from everyone and everything. The home is well-appointed with two living spaces, huge dining/kitchen, reading room and three upstairs bedrooms. The entire backside of the house opens up to a gorgeous pool with many lounging/seating areas. It truly is an oasis. It is a great place if you want to escape the tourists. At the same time, it is just a 45-minute drive to Fajardo/beach area, where we went boating to Culebra and later went back for the Bio Bay kayak experience. In addition, it's just a 30-minute drive thru the spectacular mountain ranges to the Cayes area, whose lechoneras for roasted pork were made famous in Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations." We stayed here five nights and did not want to leave. To top it off, he owner is incredibly attentive to every need.

The host, Socorro, was simply the best. She was available for any questions we had. Very courteous and I could feel the genuine customer service from her. The place was immaculate. It couldn’t have been any better. So much space to wind down and relax and swim in the pool. Next time I’m in Puerto Rico I’ll be sure to stay here again.

We were beyond please with this home. Home was exactly as pictures showed. Being there and experiencing nature in real time exceeded expectations. Close to stores and restaurants, highly recommend! Hope to stay again, soon!

The pictures very accurately show the house but they don't do justice for just how beautiful it is...inside and outside. You tend to forget that you are in the middle of a neighborhood as this property is its own little oasis. While it isn't on the beach and is a bit of a drive just about everything we did was within a 45 minutes or less drive (we live in a small, rural community so that is normal for us and was just fine).
Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again!

The property description is super accurate and my family loved the house. The AC worked great in every bedroom, the pool was great, the outside is super spacious. It was also key to have the washer and dryer available. Highly recommend this house!

In a gated community. Quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Love how all the big windows and doors open up to the pool and vegetation. Close to a grocery store.

The pictures provided do not give justice to this beautiful house. There is plenty of outdoor space, the pool area is amazing. The bedrooms were also very roomy. The house itself is very conveniently located near supermarkets and various restaurants. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful property w/ Puerto Rican charm!
This property is AMAZING! Socorro has put a lot of love and detail into the home. There is Puerto Rican charm everywhere! The pool and relaxing areas are so calming. Love hearing the sounds of the jungle at night. Just a great property. We can't wait to come back some day!

Absolutely magical
This home is a vacation itself! Every tiny detail in the home was extremely well thought out. Ample towels and extras we weren't expecting, like bug spray and sun screen. The home is extremely clean and private. The backyard is a dream come true. The beds are comfortable. The sounds of the rainforest sing you to sleep at night. The only thing I would suggest is another key to open the gate. In a group we were not always going to the same place, making it difficult to get back into the home!
