We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip.

Excellent house for a large group with a wonderful game room, pool, kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. As a bonus, there is an excellent escape room within walking distance.

We were changed to Ultimate Lakeview Luxury. We were told the games were in better condition. The game room and the space themed bunk beds were awesome!. All of the beds we used were comfortable. The hot tub & pool heated perfectly. The home is stocked well. We all had soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body gel. There were plenty of pots and pans. The view was beautiful, however the view on the Lakeview Luxury is better. However, now that I have been at Ultimate Luxury, I would recommend this one. It is right next to the bridge. It is the path that leads to the water park. I was told it was a 5 minute walk from that point. My husband & I liked that we could walk out to the bridge easily and the view was awesome. We had ducks visit…so peaceful. The waterpark was busy but so much fun. The theater room is upstairs, in case there are mobility issues. However, my husband & step son used it and absolutely loved it. One of the best parts is how quickly you get to Disney, about 10 mins. There are other areas the same mileage away, like Four Corners, which we stayed at, but it took 3x as long to get to Disney due to the traffic. Storey Lake is on the right side, no where near the traffic. Not one complaint but keep in mind, for those with mobility issues, on main floor one of the beds is so high my mom (5’tall) needed a step stool to get in. 1 upstairs is even higher. If I have a choice I will always choose this home when going to Disney. Gorgeous and very clean!!!!

The kids still talk about how fun it was to stay at this house. The house was clean and overall a great place for all of us to get together. We really enjoyed the game room and the theater room. Great vacation house!

big beautiful good location close to parks restaurants stores air conditioning perfect up and down, nice warm pool and hot spa very comfortable would stay again Only needs plastic cups and plates for around pool area. More heavier pots and pans and some bowls for serving. Fridge filter not replaced. Great family time with 13 people but lots of room.

The prefect Stay for Disney

We celebrated my son’s 21st birthday in Orlando and visited Universal Studios, Disney World, and Cocoa beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better location or accommodations for our large group.

We enjoyed the house. All the spacious bedrooms, the movie room and game room! Kitchen is nicely stocked, beds comfortable and house was clean. Thank you!

Overall it was really good, the rooms for the kids were amazing, pool was great temperature and size, Property management were responsive, everything was clean. Things i didn’t like were the following, the check in was at 5pm and i couldn't access until then, the entrance gate for the community without a guard did not work with the provided QR code so we always needed to call so they can open the gate for us. The Arcade games were nice but would malfunctioning sometimes. They didn't have enough supplies like toilet paper, s

The home is very spacious, comfortable, and convenient. We will definitely stay again our next time down.

The location was just perfect with the church ceremony and the reception for the wedding. Our group was amazed with the place. It is what it showed on the VRBO website. It was clean, the young once enjoyed the game room and young ones enjoyed the theatre room. The pool was just a good size, just did not have a chance to really enjoy it with our busy schedule. Overall we had a good stay and will definitely come back if given a chance to visit Orlando again.

We love staying on Storey Lakes and the location of this villa was perfect. Located overlooking a lake, nice and quiet and far enough away from the street for us not to get disturbed by noise. The villa is huge, we particularly loved the games room, which was extremely well equipped and we even had an extra arcade game delivered while we were there. The cinema room was fantastic, ideal for when we had a couple of days rained off due to storms. There are plenty of facilities in the villa for enough a large family, or number of families, woth 2 washimg tubs and 2 tumble dryers. Communication with the rental agents was spot on and they responded immediately to any queries. We had a couple of niggling issues which were resolved to our satisfaction immediately. The themed bedrooms are very well done, so if you are staying with kids, they will love them, especially the Star Wars pods in the games room. All in all a lovely stay

We enjoyed this stay. Extremely close to everything. The adults and kids loved the game room, and movie room. Plenty of space to spread out. I would recommend having more towels and kitchen ware on hand. Larger pots and pans for the amount of bedrooms/ guest would make more sense; same with the towels. Overall we would stay here again. Property managers were helpful and prompt.

The home and property were fantastic, making our family vacation a wonderful, and relaxing experience. We have nothing negative to say about our stay, and will definitely consider this property for our next visit to Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This house was just great! If you travel with boys they will love the Star Wars themed room! It’s like a Star Wars hotel! We really enjoyed the movie theatre in the house, got the chance to share a movie every night, it even had an XBox for the kids to play with. The house was really comfortable and clean. Close to Disney parks, shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again!! I had stayed in this neighborhood at another house last year, but this house was so much better! Definitely booking this one next year!!

Very clean and well appointed. A few things in the game room were not working but overall a great house.

overall the trip was okay. The biggest issue we had was contact with the host - David. we called numerous times before and during the trip and only spoke with him twice. we would call and leave messages and get no call back. A few things that became an issue was the refrigerator went out but the issue was not it messing up it was getting it fixed. we had one lady come and say it was our fault and then the second man fixed it once we told him what we were told the first time didn't make since. the door lock keypad quit working and no one called us back for it to be fixed after we tried to contact him 2 days before we left. another issue was the tv kept cutting out and the wifi would not keep connected. the patio doors were broke too.

The house was wonderful! My daughters really enjoyed the house wuth their friends. It kept them occupied and satisfied 😌

We were a family of 14 and found the house perfect for us. It had everything we needed to entertain the kids and ourselves when not at disney. A great choice to relax away from disney. The host is very responsive as well which was appreciated.

Everything about this property was amazing. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

The house was beautiful but we had several things that needed attention - the dishwasher did not turn on, no hot water in kitchen sink, sliding door did not lock, screen on patio was completely loose so bugs did get in, and the electrical outlets on patio did not work. The owner - David and Lilia did respond when we had questions.

House and service great, had an issue with hot tub heat and they took care of us quickly.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for our party of 11 (2 families). Absolutely wonderful and it’s just like the pics show on the listing. It’s close to everything including Disney, Universal Studios, and a Target super close. Will definitely stay again.
