Pleasant stay, very close and convenient to the slopes, 5 mins walk to the chairlift. Spacious and clean for our family.

Easy and convenient location with great access to Giant Step Lodge. Condo was super clean, everything worked well(TV’s, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, heaters). The owner(Doug), was always just a text away, if I had any questions. Very pleased with this rental experience. CK.

First, the location is everything. No joke that we never got back in our car once we arrived. It was just right there. Second, everything about this place walks the perfect line between casual mountain cozy and convenient hotel-like simplicity. We really enjoyed the no-hassle-ness and ample comfort.... we will definitely be back!

We do a trip instead of gifts every Christmas with our 4 teenagers. This place was perfect for the 6 of us. We live in Vegas so a trip to the snow is a treat. Since we stayed during Christmas, we had to cook since the restaurant was closed - the kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Our favorite amenity was the fireplace! Sitting at night in the living room with the fire going with a beautiful view of the star-filled sky and snowy mountains was just dreamy. There was an abundance of firewood so we didn’t have to bring our own. The heaters in the bathrooms were a nice treat. The beds were comfy. The charging pads on the nightstand were so convenient. The location can’t be beat! Everything was very clean. Parking was easy. The TVs worked great - we watched several holiday movies after a couple long days of snowboarding and tubing. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were super quick to respond! I highly recommend this property. If we come back to Brian Head, this will be our first choice! To the hosts - Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is our second stay with Frankie and Doug and we've already booked our third. They recently put new tile floors in which helps. The unit is south facing so you get warm sun all day and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. It's walking distance to the slopes, the major sledding locations, the general store, and the two best restaurants in Brian Head (Thai and Pizza). Thanks guys for letting us build family memories in your condo. We can't wait to see what other improvements you make.

Everything you need for a nice ski vacation. Fireplace, equipped kitchen, balcony wifi, smart tv in every room, , great views of mountains and ski lifts. You can walk to some of the lifts. Overall, excellent

Excellent choice based on previous reviews. Covenient location: slopes, parking lot, laundry, corner location, spa , etc. Condo was well stocked with paper goods, basic cooking condiments, TV program choices, night lights, and CLEAN. Thank you, we had a great time.

The condo is perfectly located (short walk to Giant steps lift) and was great for our family stay: cozy living room, 2 full bathrooms etc! Owners are super responsive. Overall a great stay, we hope to be back

Great property walking distance to the ski slopes and dining. Clean and comfortable with a fireplace and great water pressure for the hot shower after hitting the slopes.

The condo was as advertised and more. Everything from checking in to checking out was very simple. Very well kept place. If you are going in the winter for skiing or snowboarding this is the place. A short walk to Giant Steps and you are on the lift. Super convenient when you want to walk back and take a break for lunch. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We have a place in brianhead but needed extra room for family so we rented. Great location and excellent property. The owners were very helpful and readily available for questions.

We had a great visit to Brian Head and were super grateful for such a nice home base. The condo was very clean, great condition, and well-supplied. It is really convenient to skiing, but still really quiet. The hosts had everything ready for us and communication and access were easy. Would definitely return! Thank you!

Walkable to giant steps, nice tv’s, great spa. Owner communication was top notch.Just a few things that could improve it:Was bummed by the master bed, mattress didn't stay put. And the pots/pans weren’t super clean. Also, the spa was drained on day 3, so didn’t get to use it as much as we had wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our family (2 adults and 2 kids), came out for a long weekend to ski and we were very happy! The location was perfect, very close to Giant Steps chair lift/lodge, you could walk, we drove bc we had all our ski gear. We brought food and cooked in the kitchen, we had everything we needed. Something we really liked about the property was that each bedroom had a large smart TV so we could watch Netflix or a movie after a long day of skiing. The master had a king bed and the other room had queen bunks. The master shower had great water pressure which was nice after a cold day on the slopes. We would definitely go back and stay here again!

I have stayed at 3 condos now in the Brianwood condo complex. This condo is by far the best! Everything you need, they have. The beds are super comfortable. There are wireless cell phone charges on each night stand. There is extra blankets. The condo is auto heated at a good temperature and no need to use the floor heaters. Great location and easy check in - check out procedures. They do have an Alexa and the camera was on. Once I realized this, I turned it off and then blocked the camera lens, just in case. There was no real reason to cover it as all we did in the condo was sleep, but I was not comfortable knowing that someone could log on and watch us.

Clean, comfortable with attention to detail from firewood starter to all the kitchen tools and housewares we needed! Location is excellent too!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is set up beautifully. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Brianhead is a favorite place for our family to visit. This condo is definitely a five star location. Highly recommend!

This condo clean, comfortable, and has a great location. For families, there is the pond and playground next to the building. We didn't use the fun facilities (pool, sauna, etc.), but it was nice to know that it there for us to use. The unit has all the items needed. For a family of five, the 2B/2B is a necessity. The owners have simple requests, are responsive, seem very kind. Overall, it is a solid option for Brian Head. Thank you for sharing your place with my family
