Our family of 7 has no complaints at all about our stay! Unit was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room. The view was amazing! Perfect location. Having the washer/dryer was super handy! All appliances worked as they should. Communication with the host was really easy with fast response. Will definitely consider staying again!

Disappointed that washer did not work, but mgr quick to give us fresh towels when requested. The deck and view were amazing. Location the best. Couch old and uncomfortable. Could not sit on it

We've stayed in many condos in both Gulf Shores and the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area over the past 25 years. This condo is by far our favorite. It was very clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and the view could not be beat. We can't wait to book it for our next trip!

Needed a respite away from tourist traffic and noisy social scenes. This property was perfect for the task and you can not beat the view for serenity. The property staff we interacted with were very cordial and we appreciated that.

This penthouse condo did NOT disappoint! When we arrived we were so excited about this spot, the view, the rooms and it was clean. Just steps to the beach, the patio had very comfortable chairs with that million dollar view of the Gulf. Pool, hot tub and even a small workout room. Washer/Dryer nice touch, spacious rooms, bathrooms, eating area and kitchen. We have zero complaints and highly recommend!!!! A++++

Really enjoyed the stay. Space and amenities were just what we needed. Location worked out great, made it to the Pensacola Naval Air Station and Gulf Shores.

Had a few challenges on checkin with tv remotes but the owner came out to sort things out promptly. Stunning views, very clean and comfortable. My only negative was that the toaster and toaster oven didn’t work. Overall wonderful stay!

This condo is just beautiful. It’s a perfect spot for that memory making vacation. Right on the beach, beautiful views. Everything in the condo was well appointed and exactly as described. Easy to checkin and out. Definitely one of our top choices.

We loved our stay in this condo. The 180 degree view overlooking the ocean is absolutely stunning. No pictures could do it justice. The condo was clean and in great condition. Everything in the condo was exactly as advertised. Checking in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay.

We loved walking into the condo and feeling like it had actually been cleaned! Everything was spotless and there was NO sand anywhere on the floor which is almost impossible at the beach. The condo itself was actually better kept up than the actual building and surrounding grounds were. The size was a little smaller than we were expecting for a penthouse, but it was OK because we weren't in there much anyway. The only thing we noticed that needed updating was the shower in the first bathroom made a weird noise when running, but nothing that made it unbearable or made us feel the need to contact the owner during our stay over. All in all, we loved our stay and would stay again!

Very relaxing with a beautiful view. I would definitely recomment 1507 to anyone interested in an awesome getaway. Only thing negative I could mention were the sliding doors for the balcony were hard to open for women and children (probably not a bad thing).

Beautiful view from the balcony with comfortable seating. Being able to walk out onto the beach from the ground floor was a plus. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Our assigned parking space was not available to us all week due to re-surfacing. This made check-in a confusing experience and having to cross a busy road daily with no cross walks a challenge for old and young. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We had no trouble locating the condo and using the instructions provided, although no parking code was needed. The condo was a good size for 2-4 people. The kitchen is on the small side, but had all we needed while we were there. The best part of the condo is the location and the view. The chairs with ottomans on the balcony were the most comfortable furniture there. We felt it was a little bit overpriced. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed all week. We were really looking forward to the hot tub. Overall this was adequate for what we needed and communication was very good.

Great condo! Very clean, well maintained and nicely updated with contemporary decor. Loved the toaster oven! Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed the large TV’s in the living room and bedrooms. Biggest treat was the lovely patio furniture on the balcony! (Too many rentals skimp on this, so it was much appreciated!)The hosts were wonderful and even left a fun welcome basket. Great experience from beginning to end. These hosts do it the right way!

Beautiful condo and beach
We stayed for one week, and the condo and beach were beautiful. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, and the owner replied immediately and got everything fixed promptly. We also needed a package delivered during our stay, and the owner went above and beyond to bring it to us. We were very appreciative!

Had an amazing time with friends and the place was spacious enough for the eight of us! Having coffee with an ocean view and a few dolphin airings was the icing on the cake.
