The only problem we had was with the television

My family and I stayed for 6 amazing nights in August.
We loved the condo, the amenities, the views, and the easy access (via the left) to both the pool and the beach. As per the other reviews, the condo was clean and very well-equipped. There are several restaurants within walking distance and Guppy's is definitely recommended.
The internet was a little slow at times and the air conditioning was a little noisy in the second bedroom, however, my girls (11 & 7) slept fine.
The host communication was timely and very helpful.

My husband and I took our two younger children here and it was the perfect spot. The listing was exactly what was described. The elevator had some issues on the first day, but they resolved them pretty quickly. Valerie was quick to respond to any questions I had which I appreciated. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the stay. The location was perfect -- almost in the middle of Clearwater and St. Pete so you could experience several areas of the strip if you had the time. But most of all, you can't beat the view!! This was our 15th beach trip/beach condo stay and things this place had that most others don't are: beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, seasonings for the kitchen, coffee filters, designated parking spot, private elevator off the balcony. Several other things too, but those are the main things that stood out.
We would, and more than likely will, book here again!

Once again Indian Rocks Beach did not disappoint. When we got to the condo felt like home. Everything was clean we even got to check in a little early. Vivian always nice and timely on responding. WE WILL BE BACK LORD WILLING.

Property was clean, well taken care of, and had a great location to the beach and local restaurants. I can tell Valerie pays attention to details and it was appreciated. WiFi worked, TVs were great, and beds were comfy. My family had a wonderful stay.

This place was as advertised and worked out great for our family. Parking and the elevator were nice for unloading, and loading our stuff. Big bedrooms, nice bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to do any kind of cooking. We did run into an issue the second night we were there in which time I contacted Valerie the owner and told her what the issue was. She handled it great and had our place taken care of in no time. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay here again. Valerie was great to deal with and will do whatever she can to make your stay the best it can be. Thanks again for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise for the week.

This condo was great! It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, had plenty of household items, bed was comfy and the elevator was awesome! The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, our favorite was Guppy’s. The pool is small but we spent most of our time at the beach. I will definitely consider coming back to this condo next year.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. My Mother and I will definitely be back. The condo is gorgeous and has so many nice features. The pictures do not do it justice. Walking distance from everything you need. The beach is great. The sunsets are stunning.

My family and I stayed for a week in April and loved the property as well as the proximity to all the amenities on IRB. Publix is close for a cheaper grocery run and the complex had quick/easy access to the pool and beach. Going into the trip we UNDER valued the private elevator which was clutch!
My only “complaint” is the internet was a bit spotty for work with caveat that I was attempting to connect to the VPN and open large files but most likely won’t want to work given the incredible view of the ocean!
Additionally, the host is incredible! Communication was timely and she made the entire process seamless! We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Just book it….no need to look anywhere else. Fantastic place to stay with kids or as a romantic getaway. The owner is amazing and she has created a stress free place to call home with beach gear, beach toys, games, extra sunscreen, bags/coolers, towels, stocked kitchen, charging cables, very comfy beds, and it is super clean too. The sunset views at night and morning coffee on the porch were wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and everyone in the small community was so kind. Take a walk for dinner or ice cream….this location is the best. I am so happy that we found Valerie’s place at IRB!

Pool heated and available in cooler weather. Nice outside seating area. We didn't use beach chairs, etc. but available.
Unit:
Needs some work. Nicely decorated, not over the top beachy. Can tell updated in some areas but maybe could have been better quality . First night: husband locked in bathroom for almost 10 minutes due to broken/cheap sliding door, problem with running toilet. We fixed both. Two things that bring down this rating to 2.5-3. Kitchen cupboard laminate is peeling off and almost cut myself a couple times. Bugs- you expect a bug or two in Florida but found one or two in kitchen/on walls almost everyday.
I would add the host got right back to me with our first night issues and said she would follow-up.

Lovely condo! Stayed with my husband and two adult children. It was the perfect size for us. Kitchen is well equipped. The location can't be beat. The elevator is a game changer. It was so nice to be able to walk out and be at the beach and pool. Also, having beach chairs and towels available was wonderful. We will be back.

Wonderful week walking for miles on the pristine beach and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in at night. House was very clean and decorated beautifully. Bed was super comfortable and linens were lovely. Pool was clean and warm with plenty of chairs and lounges. Location was quiet and private, many blocks away from the high rise hotels but easy to get back into St. Petersburg or Tampa. Parking right under the unit was convenient and having the elevator take you right to the condo was great. Will definitely be back.

Our stay was interupted by hurricane idalia however we were still able to stay the amount of nights we wanted after the hurricane had passed. The hosts stayed in contact very well would rocommend

The location is amazing! Just a 10 minute drive to clearwater and beach was way less populated! The sand on the beach is like powdered sugar and the water was so calm. Host provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, even a cooler, and plenty of toys to include boogie boards and floaties! I could not get hot water in the master shower but not a big deal as it was hot and there was another shower if necessary. We saw a dolphin jump out of the water 5 times about 100 yds from us while we were swimming and a tree frog jumped on my husband. Saw a bunch of crabs on the beach and millions at the nature preserve which was just a block away. Tons of friends already asking where we stayed. Had a blast and definitely would come back!

We really enjoyed the location of our unit! We were within walking distance of some great restaurants. Absolutely loved the view and the sunsets from the balcony! Having the elevator open directly onto our balcony was super convenient too. Our host was also quick to respond! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation!

Perfect location! We went shopping, did the local water park, ferry ride to Caladesi Island and fresh seafood from Ward’s was excellent.

Condo was overall very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basic needs. There were plenty of bath and beach towels.
The balcony was a nice place to take in the gorgeous gulf views (saw dolphins twice!).
The unit’s location between Clearwater and Madeira Beach was perfect for restaurants and shopping.
We very much enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Waking up to the ocean was incredible. I loved the cozy throw blankets and the kitchen was so well stocked. We were able to walk to some really great restaurants. Pickleball was only a few blocks away. Perfect location. Look forward to returning for longer next year!

This property was perfect. I wish I could give it 6 stars!! Only about 15 minutes from Clearwater. Being able to watch the sunset from the balcony was my favorite part. Walking distance to restaurants. Unfortunately Guppers was closed which was right across the street. The property had everything you could think of... beach towels/chairs/umbrella, coffee maker, stronger Sunscreen ;) washer/dryer with laudry soap, and the private elevator was an added bonus. We had one cooler day but the pool was nice and warm. Valerie's message on how to get into the condo was descriptive and made it so easy. We will definitely stay here again!!
