Had a great stay at this cozy cabin. Great communication with the owner, very helpful as we headed to the cabin. Place was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved the cabin, my boys didn’t want to leave! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 - and we didn’t even use the loft so another family could have fit comfortably in there as well! We enjoyed having coffee on the deck and the deer would walk right up to you. The area was awesome too - lovely hikes that aren’t to difficult to accomplish, and a beautiful town not far away called Jim Thorpe that was a nice surprise with things to do on a rainy day. Check out the train ride, totally worth it! We came in for the NASCAR race and went on to NYC to complete our summer vacation but again - my boys wanted to go back to the cabin they liked it so much!

We had such a nice peaceful time having our Thanksgiving at this property. We had everything we needed and the Christmas decorations were such a nice touch. The owner was immediately available whenever I had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Property was exactly as described. Warm and inviting, filled with everything we could need. Close to so many things in the area, well priced, immediate response time from the owner. My only complaint would have been that there were not lake passes included with our stay. Previously have rented in Lake Harmony and guest passes were included. Lovely time had by all.

Had bad experience with the toilet on the last day. Somehow it seem to get blocked and would not flush fully very slow going down. We had to make adjustments on that last day not being able to fully use the toilet.

Such a cute property! Less than 2 mins from split rock water park and only 10 mins to a free public lake beach! The home was very cozy and clean! I will definitely be coming back!!

A real glamping experience!
This property is EXACTLY as described in the pictures. Its beautiful, very well kept and maintained, and the owners really covered it all - they had a relatively full kitchen full of anything you’d need, the home was immaculate and clean; and if you have kids they get an A+ because they had books, boardgames and firesticks
Such an amazing experience and at such a reasonable price, not to mention at the epicenter of town and 2 blocks from the lake!

Family Get Away
We absolutely loved the cabin! So quaint and extremely clean. We had 2 adults & 2 teenagers- more than enough for us. Cabin was very organized. Instructions were detailed. We can’t wait to come back in the warmer months and use the outdoor space and enjoy the lake. Thank you again!!

Perfect stay while skiing JFBB
Comfortable beds, quiet, great temperature control and nicely updated fixtures/appliances. We enjoyed watching the deer and the easy access to both ski areas. We'll be back!

The beds were nice (which is always the first thing I rate lol), very clean, and close to activities we wanted to do. The snow was lacking but we did a few runs at Jack Frost, made a couple trips to local market, played games, did a puzzle, watched some movies, had lunch at nearby restaurant, and wrapped up or stay with a hike at Hickory Run state park. Overall a great trip with just our family. Plenty of bed space could easily accommodate 8 comfortably.
If this is the right property for you, you won’t be disappponted.

On the plus side the house had everything we needed. it wasn't a big deal to walk through bedroom. we all had fun and slept great. lots to do near by. Jim Thorpe was fun, Hickory Run State Park worth the trip and Blue Ridge Winery was awesome. the care taker Donna recommended winery and it did not disappoint.

Comfy and Cozy
We enjoyed staying at this home in April 2021. The first floor has a spacious yet cozy feel to it with a high ceiling and open floor plan. We did not use the loft area but observed 3 beds and a well-kept space. The steps up the loft are a bit shallow and we were not comfortable with having our young kids walk them alone, but we were easily able to block off access to them so it was not an issue for us. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils for both inside and for the grill located on the deck out front. Everything was clean and in good order throughout the property. The owners have provided a binder full of suggestions for local activities and dining which was very nice to have and helpful in unplugging from the inteenet

The area was mostly quiet - with an occasional noisy neighbor. High recommendation!
