Absolutely loved the unit. It is well-stocked, clean, and has just the right amount of tasteful decor. Lots of great beach equipment including an electric air pump. The pool is clean and well-kept. We loved having keypad entry. Great communication from the owners. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, sad to see it end. The condo was very clean and Hera was very accommodating, thoughtful, and kind.

Staying here was a wonderful experience; it was everything a holiday rental should be: Clean; comfortable; high quality furnishings and appliances; great location; excellent pool, spa, and parking facilities; magnificent balcony and view of the ocean; and much more. But best of all, it has kind, caring, responsive and thoughtful hosts in Hera and Mike. As my partner said on our departure, “I’d like to come back here at least once every year for the rest of my life.” That says it all about this place.

Loved our stay! The Condo was perfect , loved all the special little details and amenities . The view from the balcony overlooking the Beach & Sunsets were absolutely gorgeous . The location is great all within walking distance to so much .... grocery, liquor , restaurants, bars and short walk to John's Pass. Hera & Mike were perfect host , and were just a text away from anything we needed or questions we had. Definitely will be back, and hope to be able to rent from you again!

We researched carefully to find a sunset on the beach condo in St. Petersburg and had the highest expectations going in. This unit, and Hera and Mike, exceeded our expectations. Just look at the pictures, and know that it is everything you see and it is even better than that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the unit, in spite of Red Tide. Thank you Hera and Mike for the use of your wonderful property.

St. Pete has a street festival on Sunday. Sarasota has a large street festival on Saturday. Great restaurants in the area. Next door to the condo is the snack shack. Wed. Thru Sunday. Great music. Waking up every morning looking out and see dauphins swimming p past. I can say owners Hara and Mike are the best owners i have ever rented from. You guys were the best. Mike and Lori Murphy. Best condo ever. I have stayed in many and this property is so nice. Clean and new features made our stay 100% wonderful. Has everything a beach family could want. We will come back.

My family and I stayed from July 11-25. We tried checking into room at 4pm but it was about 45 minutes later, but with Covid 19 going on I was impressed with the care and cleanliness of the staff. We had picked up groceries before arrival and the staff allowed us to put our groceries away but not until everything in the kitchen was completely wiped down. The only issue that we did not have, but saw others experiencing was with the complex: When they say the pool area closes at 11pm they mean it, we saw more than one group trying to leave the pool area just after 11 and the gates were locked. The only way we saw they could get back in was to go out to the beach and back in thru the garage gates.Overall the condo was immaculate and was everything as described. We would absolutely go back to this place when we go again in the future.Scott

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Sands with our family over the holidays. The sunsets, beach and fireworks were such fun. This condo is perfect for a family or couples. Beautiful.

This place was phenomenal. We stayed with 3 kids and it more than met our expectations. Everything was perfect, the location, the view, plus it was stocked with anything you could possibly need for staying in or going to the beach. Even though it was next to a public beach area, it was still very secluded from the crowds. Highly recommend, definitely interested in going back!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious! The view of the ocean was one of our favorites...sunsets spectacular! The kitchen has everything you need and then some, Bedrooms very quiet and comfortable. When you close the door, you are in your own quiet space. We hope to return again next year!

Incredible vacation spot and an incredible condo. Finest bedding and linens. It was like a five star hotel on the beach with all the convenience of home. The owners provide almost everything you will need for a fabulous beach vacation. Great beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers etc. Great appliances, kitchen. Unmatched views on 12th (top) floor. Great location, with bars, Wiin-Dixie,CVS and restaurants in walking distance and treasure island & St Pete Beach short drive away. Owner and local real estate manager make everything easy. Can’t wait to go back. BTW the condo was spotless upon arrival and the sunset is blinding spectacular.

We rented the condo for 2 weeks and loved it, nicest condo we have ever rented in this area. The unit itself is very spacious, clean and has all items you need. Beds were super comfortable and we loved the sectional in the living room and seating on the balcony. The views are spectacular and the location is very handy with everything you need either a short walk or short drive away. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all our friends and family. Perfect location

My husband and our two small girls just recently stayed at this condo for the first time a couple weeks ago. We absolutely LOVED it! We cannot say enough good things about it! We talked about how great it was the whole week we were there. It truly felt like “a home away from home”! The owners have defiantly paid attention to all the small details. There were beach chairs and beach toys that were provided, plenty of kitchen and laundry necessities, not to mention the bath (and beach) towels were very soft and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! It was very clean and updated. The balcony is also a good size with plenty of seating and a great view of the beach/ocean. We travel quite a bit and this was defiantly one of the most comfortable condos we have ever stayed at. It is also walking distance to a few restaurants and a grocery store which was very convenient. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to stay in the Madeira/Clearwater beach area!

Absolutely loved staying in this condo! My family and I went down and just came back today and we have already said we want to go back! The owners have supplied everything that you need and this is the first condo we have ever been to that had so much stuff for the beach! Since we flew down that was a big thing for us and I saw the reviews and everyone was right it was definitely like everyone has said from umbrellas to beach chairs and towels and coolers! Enjoy every morning and evening relaxing on the 12th story balcony was a site you don’t want to miss! Seeing the dolphins every morning and evening was amazing! Within a mile to Johns Pass and go to Woodys rentals and rent jet skis for the ocean for $65 if you rent them at 9:00am for an hour we got to see dolphins in the Bay Area on the way back up close and personal! This trip didn’t disappoint at all and we will be back!

The view is amazing from the top floor with birds flying eye level with you. The condo is amazing and nicer than my house. The owners have an amazing attention to detail and it's like staying at a hotel because they have amenities supplied to start your week. Even the bath towels are amazing. The place was clean and I'd recommend this place to everyone and plan to come back.

This is our second time renting this beautiful condo. This time we brought our family. This condo is absolutely wonderful! The owners have thought of all of their renter's conveniences when decorating and supplying this unit. The view is breathtaking! It is beautifully decorated, super clean, well stocked with towels/linens/blankets/beach supplies and hi-tech electronics. My husband and I needed a place to stay at the last minute because of an illness in the family. This condo was made available for our stay when we needed it the most. Thanks for reading my review of our stay at Ocean Sands. We really enjoyed our time at this property which is located on Madeira Beach. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an ocean front property with full views of the Gulf. We had such a great week! First and foremost this property has amazing ocean front views with easy access to the beach, pool, and hot tub (over 14 only). Every room was very clean and well organized upon our arrival. The entire property looks newly renovated with tile throughout the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. There are two rooms (living room and master bedroom) with huge sliders that open to the Gulf. There is a nice sized porch that is accessible from both rooms with 2 seating areas. The views from this property are amazing as you can watch the sunset every evening and dolphins swim by during the day. The owners of this property have provided every amenity imaginable to make your stay comfortable. This really feels like your home away from home. There are 2 full bathrooms and plenty of closet space in each bedroom. There is a full kitchen and laundry pantry. There is an outdoor closet filled with items (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards...etc.) to take to the beach . There are multiple local grocery stores that we shopped at since we typically ate at the condo 1-2 meals each day and ate dinner out. I slept great every night as the mattress and linens are of a high end hotel. The property is located in an area with easy access to John's Pass and many other local attractions and restaurants. We even spent one evening in Clearwater (25-30 min drive) and took the kids to Pier 60. My wife and I cannot wait to book our next trip here. We will surely return! Sage and Michelle

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony. The sunsets were spectacular! The property manager Carol was amazing! She took care right away of a couple of things that happened. She was very attentive and caring. Donna was very accommodating and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of and happy. The condo had everything that you could need...such details! Had dinner at Mario's, Conch Republic, and Seabreeze Grill; all excellent but my favorite was Conch Republic. Had an amazing time. Can't wait to be back next year!

Beautiful unit that felt like home. High-end everything and super clean. Owners have filled the unit with comfortable bedding and furnishings. Plenty of pots and pans, so you can enjoy meals with family. Would love to return every year. The location was also very convenient to everything (walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, CVS, and dollar store).

We had a great 2 week stay at this penthouse condo. We have been staying in the area for many years and this is the nicest condo with every convenience provided. The owners have provided so many wonderful touches to make it feel like our home away from home. The gulf front views, beach, pool area, and wonderful restaurants made this a great vacation. A visit to Johns Pass is a must for wonderful shops, restaurants, dolphin watching, and a perfect sunset cruise through Hubbard's. We will definitely stay at this condo again.
