We absolutely loved our week at this rental. Everything was as described and exceptionally clean. The pool was warm and wonderful. We especially liked the close proximity to Shamrock Park and all the activities offered (basketball, tennis, awesome running & biking trail). Thank you!

The house is pretty perfect for a small family - has everything that’s needed overall from the kitchen to the laundry and linens to the warm pool. Even had bikes and beach stuff. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were available whenever we had an issue. We had problems with the after a few day but was solved after a couple of days. Very comfortable home and very clean. Would recommend!!!!!

Great location and property. Fast communication.

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. We were allowed to check in early since it was ready. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with during our stayed. The interior of the house was clean and tidy. The pool water was clear and around 85⁰. The pool cage has screen and the fence surrounding the backyard provides privacy. Unfortunately the outside area around the pool, table and grill was not clean (dog hair, dust and dirt). It was an easy fix as there was a garden hose nearby to spray the floor clean. The garage has a ping pong table but is not air conditioned so during the summer months it is too hot to use. The only really negative thing about the house was the WIFI as it didn't connect to the internet and we had to reset it every day and had to do it several times to get it to work (if you need to do some away from home work while on vacation with the family; know that it's not reliable). We thought the price was too high for the location as we have stayed in other nicer houses and areas for less (in Florida). Above all, we enjoyed our time in the house and felt at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from the beach. It was fully equipped with everything a family of four could need for a beach vacation. Bea was a pleasure to work with and highly responsive!

Property was clean, well appointed.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Bea was friendly, highly responsive and an overall excellent host. The home was close to everything we needed (beach, food, groceries) and we enjoyed the heated pool. Coming from north of North Carolina, we’re not used to lizards, geckos and tree frogs hanging out all around, so we spent a lot of time looking for them too. <3

We got Red-Tided out on all of our plans for the long weekend. The house was a wonderful and relaxing distraction for all of us, still felt like a very satisfying getaway. The rooms were very spacious and nicely done. Everything was clean and there we so many things to keep us busy!

This property was the perfect escape. The house was well-stocked with essentials and extras. The property owner was very helpful and prompt in communication. The pictures online don’t even do it justice. The perfect getaway for our group !

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Breezy Inn. It was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with items we needed. The beach equipment was great to have. We also loved the access to the ferry and private beach. The heated pool was great and we used it daily. Communication was top notch. Bea provided everything we needed and was quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay here again.
