We relaxed and took advantage of the comfort in this quaint home. Nice place for a couple.

I loved this place. It is just a street away from the ocean. Will try to stay again when we save up enough money. We ran out of the few toiletries early, that was the only downside. Wished we could have used the pool, but it was freezing and didn't warm up until our last morning there. It was colder in Florida than back home! Old man winter decided to follow us down there at Christmas/New Years. Everything in the cottage was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The master bed was fantastic. I slept like a rock, which is rare since I normally can't get comfortable. The owner is so nice, he called to check in with us and see if we were okay since we hadn't arrived on time. We ran into horrible traffic and constant car accidents the whole way down, that made us miss a whole day. I highly recommend if you want a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

The property was cozy and comfortable! It was less than a five minute walk to the beach. We had access to bikes to ride from the cottage to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and beyond. The home had most everything we needed to be comfortable. It is in a peaceful area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home.

We had a lovely stay in this little near beach rental. Really enjoyed the location, pool, hot tub, and beach cruisers. We biked to dinner most nights in Rosemary, and walked the beach each day. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at Jason’s property. It is in a great location, easy to get everywhere by car or bike (provided) and located in a quiet, nicely landscaped community. Having the pool and hot tub just steps from the back door was a huge plus. The water temperature was spot on, and both seemed to be well-maintained. The pool deck furniture, too, is plentiful and in good condition. The beach is gorgeous and an easy, short walk from the property. The home is clean, neat, and quite comfortable. There was plenty of seating for a family in the kitchen, living area, and porch. I never saw a single bug which is very unusual in warm climates. For that alone, I highly recommend Jason’s property for your vacation. He was pleasant and responsive with our communications as well.

What a great little cottage and community! Size was perfect for our family of four. House was well stocked, very comfortable, and it was perfect to have the swimming pool on our backyard! Jason was very responsive and helped us with some of the services we hired before we arrived. We had an 18 month old and a 5 year old with us, and it was so helpful to have the gate on the porch. Our daughter could swim while my husband grilled. Beach was a short walk from the cottage, and we absolutely loved the wagon and beach chairs available to guests. We also used the bikes and they were in great condition! I’d say the house would probably feel tight for families with more than 5 people. Some of the things that could be better are related to the community amenities: the water was VERY warm and not refreshing, there were multiple ant piles on the pool deck. They didn’t bite us but it was unsettling to have our toddler walk around barefoot. We also highly recommend hiring Dillon’s for the beach service (chairs and umbrella). I also used Vacayzen to rent an extra bike with the kiddie trailer. We used BabyQuip for a full size crib, booster seat, and some large toys for our child. There was a pack and play in one of the closets that we didn’t use. Overall, we highly recommend this unit!

We loved our stay and the location to beach and pool was beyond perfect!

It was great for our family of 6 (4 teens). It was a little tight but with the ample porch and pool it was nice since we spent most of our time in the surrounding area. Great location, and close to beach and lots of things to do. We used the bikes to ride to shops and restaurants. It was advertised for 8 but that would be really tight. The couch does not pull out to a bed, so it is really 3 beds and a couch.

This was a great home for our beach trip this year. Jason was very accommodating to some issues that came up on my side and his place has all the things you need for the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The house backs right up to the neighborhood pool and is just a short walk to the beach. It had a well-stocked kitchen and provided a lot of nice little extras that you wouldn’t normally find at a rental (pool towels, extra beach chairs and toys for the kids). It was perfect for our family of four!

We loved our long weekend at Jason’s home. It was perfectly clean, easy to access and so close to the beach (~5 min walk). We loved sitting on the porch and having wine by the pool. Very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go!

This is our 4th time staying at the Cottages of Camp Creek. Love the friendly feeling of all the guest staying in this little cottage community. Easy access to the beach & we enjoy jumping on the bikes to near by Ally’s Beach & Rosemary. This is one of our favorite cottages, clean, nicely decorated & love the big front porch with the pool right out front!

We stayed in Seacrest the week of Christmas-New Years. The cottage is in a great location! Very quick walk to the beach and I appreciate that the house comes with a wagon, 2 beach chairs, and toys for playing in the sand. We brought our own chairs and toys, but if you want to pack light, these options are available for use. The rental also came with 3 adult bikes. There’s a great donut truck called Charlie’s Donuts that isn’t too far to ride your bike to in Alys Beach. There’s also a cute park for kids in the same area. Publix and CVS is only 5 mins away from the cottage and easy to find. The location of the cottage is great because it’s away from the more crowded areas. You can rent a golf cart if you don’t want to ride a bike or drive. There’s many areas to park the golf cart and walk to shops and restaurants too. We didn’t rent one because our friends had a 6-seater at their house nearby, so we shared theirs. The owner of the cottage, Jason, was VERY responsive whenever we reached out with a question or concern. Highly recommended and look forward to our future visits to 30A!

My kids rated the vacation a 9 out of 10 I like the house and the pool were perfectly equipped and the host was easy to get in touch with and very nice. I’m used to staying right on the beach so the only downside is it’s about 2 1/2 blocks or more to walk down a bunch of stairs to get to the public beach access which I felt like was a bit far. A random side note: the best mattresses I’ve ever slept on in a rental.

This is a great location and the condo is well laid out. It is close to beach and lots of shopping and dinning. We chose the unit because it had high ratings and this has always been a good strategy with VRBO until now. We had a number of issues with this property and were disappointed with our stay. - large stains all over the one of the bed pillows in the master -moulding came off in kitchen while were eating -multiple outlets in the kitchen did not work -booked for three adults but there were signs saying we could not use the sofa bed -one of the bikes had a broken chain -one of the deck chairs had a huge hole in it -TV in one of the bedrooms did not work -handle of the dryer came off -there were no extra trash bags and only one roll of TP per bathroom These are all issues we have not had staying in other highly rated rentals.

We absolutely loved the house, its location and how clean and organized everything was. The pool is right next to back porch so it is very convenient. Access to beach was very close and easy. Love it.

We enjoyed our stay. Small but absolutely perfect for a week stay in this area. Convenient to everything. Host was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend staying at this property and we would stay again !

Property is maintained well. Nice, open layout. Comfortable for 2 adults and 3 tweens. Nice, long deck. Clean pool but hot tub wasn't hot. Sofa bed was not available as listed which changed sleeping plans and a few items needing maintenance, but overall very happy with the place. Good communication from owner - We couldn't figure out the TV initially and he got the cable company on the phone and stayed with us while the issue was fixed. Very attentive.
