Centrally located condo along Hilton Head's Atlantic beach. Quiet and comfortable. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Would stay here again when visiting Hilton Head area.

We loved the condo location, updated decor. Nice to have 2 bathrooms available. Property was quiet. Very comfy master bed. Will not hesitate to stay here again. The host was quickly responsive to my emails. Easy check in/check out instructions.

We visited Hilton Head for a golf trip and it was great. Condo was exactly as listed. It had plenty of amenities, great location and access to the beach. The owners were great.

The beach is my happy place. Our family enjoyed the convenience of the condo as we were steps from the beach. Our bike exploring was also just as convenient. The condo is beautifully remodeled and decorated! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 13) spent the past week in HHI at Larry and Sally’s beachside condo. It was absolutely perfect and was a true home away from home. The condo’s updated status made it extremely appealing, warm, and comfy. The added beach accessories allowed us all the fun at the beach we wanted without having to lug our own along. Larry was a great host, responding to my texts in a timely manner to ensure we had the best vacation possible. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is clean and updated. So nice! Larry was a great host. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our kids also loved the Adventure Park (also walking distance). The complex is 24 units which makes this a wonderful and quiet place…never a crowd at the pool. We’ve already booked next year!

We couldn't have been happier with this condo, location or friendliness of the owners! Super clean and updated, you can walk to so many shops, our favorite HHI playground and restaurants and you're still right on the beach. We loved the small gated community and the pool was never crowded. This is the perfect spot for a family!

We had a great one week stay. The condo was clean and provided all the necessary items for our stay. Beds were comfy. We had plenty of room for our family of six. (4 children under 10). Noise level was never an issue. Walking distance to Adventure Park, Coligny Plaza. Lots to do within a 5 min walk. Beach access right outside the condo. We would definitely rent again the next time we visit HHI.

You cannot go wrong with renting happy place! Outstanding! The location is simply outstanding- you are right at Coligny Plaza and everything else is like a 5 minute drive. Larry made a fan of me with using a Shibumi tent - that thing is the real deal on the beach with 25+ winds! Awesome kitchen and freezer had tons of ice. The bed was super comfy and there place is super clean. Constructive criticism- need a nice lazy boy to compliment that nice couch. Thank you for a terrific week and we will be back!

We had a great stay at Hilton Head. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was great! We were able to enjoy stores, restaurants, and the beach which were all within walking distance. Larry was a great host and we look forward to visiting Hilton Head again!

Nice, updated condo with everything you could need. Keyless entry. Location was great. Short walk to the beach via private walkway. Close to shops and restaurants.

This property has everything you need. The beach chairs, towels, wagon were a huge bonus for us with kids. We did bring our own beach tent, but they had one there too! Will hopefully stay there again in the future.

The condo was beautiful, updated, spotless, and had everything you could need, plus enough storage for clothes etc. Larry was a pleasure and very easy to work with. The location of the condo was perfect, you could walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza easily. Although we did not use the pool, the location was very nice, at the back of the complex with ocean views. And it was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. We would love to stay here again!

This property exceeded my expectations. Not only is it as pictured on the website but it has been thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest would need - lovely dishes, linens, towels and various coffees. The hosts were extremely responsive. The location is terrific and the beach out front is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property!

I'm so happy Larry and Sally's beach home was our getaway for the week! Beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained and perfectly stocked with the necessities. Location was perfect, allowing for convenient access to the beach, bike rentals, restaurants and shopping. Communication was easy even when we wanted to extend our stay an additional day. We will definitely be back and have already referred this location to family, friends and clients.

This was an R&R extended weekend trip for my husband and I to spend with our son and his girlfriend who will be graduating from the College of Charleston. We arrived a day ahead of the kids to find everything even better than described. When the kids got there the couldn’t stop raving about how well it was laid out and use of space maximized; they’re currently apartment hunting so they’re keyed into that. Our hosts thought of everything, I mean everything, to make it an exceptional stay. The in unit washer/dryer combo was a bonus and we made good use of it. Delightfully subtle coastal decor, top notch amenities (the guys were happy to watch the MS/U of M game in the big tv. Picture quality was excellent), state of the art bathroom dehumidifier wall switches and Heat/AC units, and the location was superb; on the beach in minutes flat and easily walkable to Coligny Circle. Beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, bathrooms were spotless and the balcony was THE spot to have morning coffee and listen to the birds and ocean surf. Cannot recommend this “happy place” enough!

My wife and I stayed at Sally and Larry's "Beach Happy Place" and were delighted with our accommodations. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally well stocked, a very short walk from an amazing beach, comfortable beds, and wonderful showers made our stay memorable. While we didn't need any additional assistance, our hosts made it clear that they were ready, willing, and able to assist us. We will return!
