Three generations of our family from throughout the northeast gathered at this gorgeous property for three days to celebrate an 80th birthday. We rented the entire house, which included a rear apartment that connected to the front part of the house and added two bedrooms and a second kitchen and laundry. The combined space was perfect for 11 of us. A charming small elevator was a real bonus for those with some infirmity as well as for hauling luggage and food to the second and third floors. While the pool table kept the teens occupied for much of the time, everyone enjoyed the stunning views and the beach itself. The house is exactly as described and even better than than the photographs. We cooked and baked in the large, open, well equipped kitchen where we could all easily gather. Everything was immaculately clean and we all enjoyed every aspect of the house and it's perfect beachfront location. We felt very lucky to be there. There was one glitch at the very beginning due to an error made by VRBO that resulted in the rear apartment being double booked. Jason quickly resolved the problem by offering the other renters another space, and everything went perfectly from that point forward. We were sad to leave and everyone agreed that we would come back in a heartbeat if given another opportunity.

Gorgeous house right on the water. We especially loved the views from the main living area and primary bedroom. Well apportioned kitchen to cook our thanksgiving meal. Elevator was a must for parents in their 80s. A ton of space. We all had an amazing g time! Highly recommended!

This beach rental was rented for our extended wedding weekend for us and our entire wedding party. There isn't any other place in old orchard beach that could come close to the amazing experience we were able to share while staying there. Between the beautiful location right on the beach, and very small drive to our venue, our wedding weekend was made much more exciting and memorable by renting this beach house. It was extremely clean and offered us plenty of sleeping arrangements. We could not have done better! Thank you to the owners and entire crew that work to keep this house rentable. Great memories were made!

The home is really gorgeous and the views are unbelievable. You won't be able to stop looking out the windows! The amount of space was wonderful for our large group of 13. The elevator was much needed for a member of our party in a wheelchair, and much appreciated. (Note: for anyone in a similar situation, you can get a complimentary beach wheelchair from the town of Old Orchard. It was priceless for our experience!) Our family was very comfortable with the large kitchen/community space, as well as the privacy provided by the multiple beds & baths. From booking to checkout, the property manager, Jason, was exceptionally helpful. He even stopped by with a replacement when the blender on property malfunctioned so I could still have my breakfast smoothies! My only comment would be that the property is between 2 motels, so some evenings could be loud if the windows were open (which they need to be in the bedrooms without a/c), but wasn't a big deal since I use a white noise app. Absolutely recommend, and would definitely return!

We all enjoyed our stay

A fantastic place to stay. We have 4 children and there spouses as well as 3 grandchildren. The beach location was perfect and the house easily accommodated everyone. The kitchen was awesome and allowed for multiple cooks at one time to speed up meal preparation. Everyone had an amazing and memorable vacation.

Large home, great for multigenerational vacation. The beach is beautiful, wide, very sandy, perfect for beach walking. Short distance to Portland and Kennebunk so fun for day tripping. Responsive, nearby manager who assisted with concerns. Not all bedrooms are air conditioned, ceiling fans were out of balance so could not be used in several bedrooms. Kitchen area needed some minor repairs which mgmt was advised of so future visitors will benefit.

This property was amazing. Clean, modern, spacious and airy with ocean views throughout. Just steps to the beach, too. Owner was extremely responsive and the entire week went off without a hitch. Our family has been renting properties on different Maine beaches for the last 10 years and this one is definitely at the top of our list. We will be back! Thank you to the owners for making our summer with this beautiful rental.

The beach house was perfect for a large family. The view of the beach was amazing, all rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated. Great having the elevator to bring luggage and groceries to each floor. Quick response from management with any questions we had. It was more than we expected it to be.

I rented Jason’s home for a girls weekend and it was incredible! The house was expansive and the oceanfront views were so beautiful. Truly a unique experience. We were there for a girls weekend so spent a lot of time in the house, the living room and kitchen is open concept and ideal for a group catching up - we could all fit comfortably. I would definitely rent again!

We hosted our staff appreciation party at this property and could not have asked for a more perfect home for everyone to spread out and have a couple wonderful nights! The bedroom were so comfortable as well! It was lovely to be on the beach when it was still quiet!

Made a great place for a business retreat. WiFi worked well and we had plenty of space to spread out.

We recently stayed here with family and friends. This house is perfect for multiple families. You also can’t beat this location. The house is just steps away from the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Incredible views, very well appointed space. Beyond comfortable and a great place to stay with our family. Jason, the host, was great communicator, allowed last minute schedule adjustment due to unforeseen circumstances . Would love to stay again in the future and recommend to others as well

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this property but the highlights? Flat out amazing ocean views all day, stunning sunrises and gorgeous evening glow, the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in while in a rental property, well equipped chef’s kitchen, spacious areas for everyone to be together or to spread out, gracious and supremely communicative hosts and a vibe that can’t be manufactured. We went for my moms 75th birthday weekend and all had an absolute ball. We are grateful!

We were a group of five couples and had the best stay for our New Years getaway! The property is stunning and the location doesn’t get better than a few feet from the ocean. The home is equipped with everything you could need and Jason was extremely helpful and communicative from the start. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends for future stays!

Pictures do not do the place justice. Gorgeous and spacious. One warning for those planning to use both kitchens, the side one is definitely not of equal quality to the (excellent) main one.

This property is a gem -- you won't regret renting Jason's home! The views from the kitchen/living area and master bedroom are breathtaking. You literally can't get any closer to the beach. The unit is great for large groups -- we had 16 adults total, who found the sleeping accommodations very comfortable and the appliances very high end. They never wanted to leave the kitchen and outdoor balcony! The pool table is a nice added bonus, plus it is helpful to have so much off-street parking available for a large group. We would certainly recommend this property to family and friends! We'll definitely be renting again. Thanks, Jason!

Awesome place!! Everything we needed was onsite along with plenty of bathrooms, we had a fair amount of guests during our stay. Many were from Arizona where there is no ocean sunrise. With the 3rd floor porch, the sunrises were epic. The beds were comfortable. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Believe it or not, but about 10 of us went swimming in the 60 degree water. Overall, we had a blast!"

This property is everything described and more. The ocean views were the best part and you can see them from the majority of the home (including the master bath!) The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of privacy throughout. Easy beach access to a beautiful part of the beach with some privacy but still walking distance to the center of town. You can't beat waking up to the waves every morning and the gorgeous views. Jason was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day!

We took 8 of our leaders to this wonderful house for a work retreat. We wanted to go somewhere we could have meetings as well as a little fun! The house was perfect!! It was so spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. The beach was perfect and having a work meeting with the sound of the ocean and the view was amazing! After the meeting we played volleyball on the beach. Having all the clean linens including beach towels there was so nice. When we arrived (a few minutes early) we walked in and the cleaner was just taking out the comforter from the dryer which was really nice to know those were washed! Beds were comfy too! After dinner we played pool and just relaxed at this perfect house. There is more than enough room and plenty of bathrooms, even for a work group. I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and they did a fantastic job making us feel right at home. A perfect choice and we got to see an amazing sunrise too!!

We had the most amazing time at Jason’s property this past week. We didn’t want to leave! Where do I begin? The home is spacious with luxe appliances and has a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean on floors. It is also steps from the ocean, which made it easy to access with 2 small children. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing on the main floors and listening to the waves, especially at sunrise and sunset. My favorite part about this home is how spread out everyone was. Each bedroom had its own privacy and felt like its own retreat. The master bedroom and bathroom were exquisite. We also enjoyed the pool table. I highly recommend Jason’s home for future family/friends gatherings. It is probably our favorite VRBO home to date and will absolutely return! Oh, and it is a close walk to an adorable town for shopping and very close to Portland Maine too! Thank you Jason!!

Beautiful beach and plenty to do - great area to bike, walk and run. Nice shops and great restaurants. The house is lovely but was not completely as advertised. Our large grocery order was stuck in the elevator and it took the adult men in our party quite a bit of time and resourcefulness to get the door open and the groceries out. We were promised a repairman that week but that did not happen. The property clearly advertises an indoor elevator but our entire stay was without the elevator. There were a few other minor issues (lights that did not work and a bathroom door that did not close) but those things were not a big deal.

Rented this property for our wedding weekend and it was unbelievable. House was clean and the rooms were huge with many places for people to sleep. Had everything we could have ever needed. Beautiful views, highly recommend!

This property did not disappoint. The views and sounds of the ocean were priceless. My family of 12 was very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the main floor. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool table was a big hit when we weren’t at the beach. The weather was perfect and the water unseasonably warm. We very much appreciated all of the beach equipment. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs for all of us, umbrellas and sand toys. We had the best time. However, we had multiple issues with things broken or not working properly in the home when we arrived: windows would not close, ceiling fans were loud and dangerously loose, bathroom door would not open and my 71 year old mother-in-law got stuck inside the bathroom for 10 minutes. Owner stated that he knew of the problems with windows and fans back in July, and that they would be fixed during our stay (so, we had to tolerate strangers in the house with us while on vacation and during COVID). Also, the listing is not accurate. It says there is "AC throughout," but there is not, so please be aware of which rooms have it and which do not if this is a concern for you. In addition, be sure the elevator works if you need it for a differently abled family member. When we arrived, it was not working well enough for us to trust that it was safe to use. The doors would stick and the elevator would not properly open and close at each floor. While out of the owner's control, please be aware of the surrounding properties to get a good idea of the environment you will be staying in. We were only there for 3 hours. We had to leave despite being many hours from home; we simply could not safely stay there with our family, including 7 kids under 12 and two grandmothers who needed the elevator and AC. During those short 3 hours at the property, there were people, mostly men, lining the balconies of the motel next door watching my daughters get dressed and they made us incredibly uncomfortable. This home is located among motels, not other homes. Upon realizing that there were issues that needed fixing, we called the owner, who lives nearby. We thought at least he might try to help fix the windows or tighten the ceilings fans. He never offered to try to fix anything that was wrong with the house. He simply said we could leave, yet was hesitant to provide a refund. The owner had the police come by to be sure we didn't damage the home on our way out. That was the final straw. We were doing everything in our power to just get out of this unsafe environment with our kids and our mothers. The more we spoke with him, the more we realized that he did not care that we felt we were being taken advantage of. Our kids were horrified by the entire ordeal.Do your homework and ask lots of questions before renting this property.

Absolutely gorgeous beach home. Jason and Jodi were incredibly responsive. We didn't want to leave! Would definitely rent again. Beautiful, high quality home and furnishings.

Our extended family has always wanted to vacation together right on the beach and being able to do so in this amazing house was incredible! Not only did it sleep us (18) quite comfortably but there was ample room to spread out as well as a luxurious great room where we could all be together. The balcony on the second floor was a family favorite and was occupied every waking hour of the trip! Jason was an amazing host who immediately responded to any question/issue we had and gave great recommendations and advice. The house had absolutely everything we could have wanted. Making meals for our large crew was easy and fun in the large chef’s kitchen equipped with professional appliances. There were even amenities provided which went above and beyond expectations: shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, several comfy blanket throws; and a whole chest full of games, books, and puzzles. Another major plus was that we had plenty of parking! (The pool table and soaking tub in the master bath were big hits as well.) There is a small public access right next to the house so the beach is literally steps away. Initially we thought having that access there would make the beach crowded but we found that actually the opposite was true. The other beach access points were much larger and much more crowded. We could use our public access and find more than enough beach for our sizable gang any time of day. The only bummer we had was that the weather was unusually cool for August the week we were in OOB. That being said, we were still able to fully appreciate our beach vacation having the wraparound view as well as being able to hear and smell the ocean all week long. Obviously Jason can’t do anything about the weather but we sure know that if he could have he sure would have!! We hope to return to this happy place again!!
