Nothing to like about this property

Dusty, no clean. Reception staff is very unprofessional. They demanded extra money than what’s confirmed via booking.com. Poor services. Bed sheets were also not changed. I had to fight to get them changed with washed ones. Worst staying experience in my life…

no drink water enought, no pltes, pans and cup . for cooking was no compfortable

There was a water leak in the living room, and we didn't know where it came from. Also, the AC window needs to be closed tightly, especially in winter. They also provided me with two double beds instead of one king bed, which I didn't like.

The place was horrible. Very dirty

Hardly had any facilities mentioned on booking.com. The floor was not at all clean, had to wash legs every time or use shoes inside. Kitchen is for name sake- No pans or pots, plates or even a single spoon or glass, just one electric hob. The refrigerator cant be used as it stinks heavily. Bathroom was not clean. Staff was very reluctant to give one towel even we are 7 persons. After lot of insistence, got one. No kettle to make tea. Hot water if wanted can be taken from downstairs. when asked about the shortage of the facilities against those mentioned on booking.com site, the receptionist said this is business and not everything will be provided. Finally, gave a tiny kettle ( hardly 1 glass of water capacity ) to use on the electric hob. The staff (Bengalis) are not at all supportive. Frankly, all are a bit rude. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. This stay was on the way to Makkah. I had booked one more night stay while returning from Makkah and that experience was even more worse. will write in that review..

This is our second stay in the same. One while going to Makkah and this one while returning. Both was booked same time and 2 months back. They collected the agreed rate on the first stay and this time exploited us. We reached late at 11:30 pm at night and with kids and will have to check out early to continue travel and have no other option. The receptionist charged higher rate and said this is the rate he give now and want that and not agreeing to Booking.com price. what is the point of booking early if charge that days rate or whatever he wish. Be prepared if u r planning to stay. This time floor was cleaned. All other things remain as per my previous review. All staff are rude. However, Would like to specifically mention Mr. Shahdathullah was exemplary and good person and provided all support.
