- AC not working well, phone not working - not fixed during 4 days stay
- Room very small and smells humidity
- Asks 100€/day additional in advance, impossible to pay in the end, insists several times to pay for the restaurant immediately and impossible to put on the room —> clearly not the standards of a 4 star hotel
- Room is not cleaned at 3pm —> we ended up not having our room cleaned at all between two nights
- Awful reception staff (but very nice staff at the restaurant)
- Dangerous pool, someone cut his feet and emergency services were called
- you need to bring back yourself the towels from the pool and it is maximum 1 switch per day
Overall, staff not to the standards of a 4 star hotel, and you can feel they want to save money everywhere they can

Tout l’emplacement, le cadre le restaurant la gentillesse de tout le personnel et un directeur sympathique disponible et qui à redresser la tenue de cette hôtel. Nous avions séjourné avant qu’il soit nommé et nous voyons la différence. Tout est parfait.

Mooie locatie aan een jachthaven. Het hotel zelf is mooi en proper. Wij zaten op het gelijkvloers in een mooie en moderne kamer. We konden onze wagen achter parkeren (betalend) vlak voor onze kamer. Mooi ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een opmerking gemaakt over de kamer, wat onmiddellijk opgelost werd, met een kleine attentie erbij.
Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt.
Eigenlijk niks. Het weer liet ons een beetje in de steek, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen.

Ho utilizzato l'hotel in primavera, non usando la piscina. Il costo è stato molto contenuto e per il prezzo pagato è stato tutto ok. In estate costa davvero molto, non so se offre i servizi adeguati al costo pagato. Tutto molto essenziale.

C était la veille de l arrivée d un groupe de travail d une marque automobile, la déco avait été refaite en partie au nom de la marque : tapis de bienvenue au sol, pancarte géante … Pas cool quand on n est pas fan de la marque …

Everything was perfect, staff is super friendly, special thanks to Mathieu for a warm welcome during check-in. The location and the view from the room are great. Cool swimming pool, parking is onsite and convenient. Will definitely return next time.

hotel has a „gym“ the size of a shoe box with basically no equipment. I did ask the manager politely, whether I could work out in the pool area and she refused, pretending the pool is being cleaned. She directed me to a sloping piece of lawn, which I refused. The manager handled my request very poorly in an unprofessional manner, c'est le ton qui fait la chanson…

The rooms are clean yet small and for what they offer somewhat overpriced. Seating outside was pleasant. Coffee was good.
The service could be friendlier and was also slow. They did not have much going on but took 20 minutes to serve two cups of coffee. This happened several times.

The only thing I would improve is having food/snacks during the afternoon (between lunch and dinner). Specially for guests that stay in the pool, not having any food to order, becomes a little struggle.
