Chambre propre et récente..

Salle de bain toute petite. Juste devant une mosquée : Muslim en direct dès 5h du matin avec des baies vitrées qui ne ferment pas. Réveil avant le soleil garanti ! Nous étions 2 la dernière nuit et l'agent d'accueil a voulu rattraper la remise que nous avions sur la chambre en nous faisant payer 75 TDN au lieu de 30 TDN d'écart comme affiché sur les tarifs à la réception.

Good location in a quiet road close to city centre. The room was clean and the staff was helpful

Room is small and clean

The staff are rude and not professional. I was shocked there was no fridge! I was sick and i was in pain for more than 30 minutes and my phone was off while i was trying to call the receptionist from the hotel phone and it wasn't clear which number to call as most hotels you dail 0! When they called me back after my IBS cramps went off they told me that there is a guest and i told them to let him come up they told me guests are not allowed 😅! I was so pissed as i saw death with the pain and wanted someone to help me out and they were so bad and not helpful at all! Even when I first came to the hotel i asked for 2 cards for the room and they rejected. They wanted the other person to come while i had so many circumstances!

Location and cleanliness

No fridge in the room

We checked in late which was not a problem to them, staff were extra friendly. Room super clean, hotel In general has a lovely fresh clean vibe. Decent buffet breakfast, wifi very fast throughout the hotel. Shower was great Including perfect pressure of the toilet douche. Lastly another mention of the staff at reception who were very accomodating allowing us upon request for some extra time for check out. P.s the rooms even have a direction to pray in l. (Qibla)

I like this hotel, a bit expensive but inflation affected all Tunisia I guess.

The location was in the center of the city. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. In general the facility is good, however the hotel lacks service quality control.

The breakfast is very bad. For 30€/night I expected much better experience. The tables during breakfast were always dirty and the staff were always on phone or talking. Only when clients point out missing food or drinks during breakfast, they provide them. The toilet in my room was broken and even though I reported it twice, It was never fixed. No fridge neither hairdryer in the room. The bar at the hotel has nothing but tea and lemonade. I travel alot, and I have stayed at hostels and hotels with less stars yet better service.

Excellent location, perfect for early flights, best value hotel found, good value for money, easy to arrange and pre-pay for airport transfer, free breakfast.

Lack of plug sockets next to the bed, some lights not working, one light in the next room could not be turned off, bathroom a little shabby, rust on fixtures and loose fixtures, only stayed one night, arrived late/left early so did not impact my stay too much.
