Construction taking place on the road very close to hotel. Extremely noisy. Congested traffic.

This place has potential. First, most towels are stained. Many customers came in to get more towels while I was in reception area. Some were asked to bring back towels in room to exchange and others were not. The shower curtain was quite moldy and our second shower had no curtain. Holes in the walls are an easy fix as is the toilet paper holder which was not affixed to the wall. Parts of the buffet were confusing such as how do you get the batter into the waffle iron from its dispenser. Also, orange juice can only be watered down so far before it’s orange water. Let it go if the food cost is too high. The place could be so much better with some adjustments.

family of four but the towels are only for 2 people and we had to share them. late check in coming from overseas was very frustrating.

it was clean. however no room service offered. when I requested extra coffee for the 2nd day, they gave me just enough for 2 cup of coffee. very rude staff at the front desk.

no room service offered the 2nd day, only 3 wash clothes and 2 towels for a 2 night stay. only coffee for 1 night. when I requested more, she gave me one pack when reservation was for 2 people. there was a 3” hole in the wall. staff was very rude.

Very spotty room, the remote didn’t have a back piece, found a burnt spot on the sheets, the refrigerator kept making some kind of loud sound and misinformed TV guide

staff was very pleasant. bed was comfy. nice size tv. and not very loud outside … and thank God NO BUGS ❤️

my towel was a lil dirty that’s all.
