The house was lovely and perfectly appointed; everything we needed or wanted was provided. All the gear we needed for a family beach outing ( nearby beaches) for adults as well as a toddler was on property. Location was such that we could easily walk to the marina, restaurants, evening spots, and shops. Quick response time when we had a question for property manager. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic Family Fun in the Perfect Dunedin Home!

With two adult sons who love baseball, decided on a family spring fling to watch the beloved Blue Jays during spring training. We were 5 adults and a 2 year old. This accommodation was perfectly equipped for our family. The master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom was large enough to accommodate the roll away crib. The other two rooms were comfortable and a second bathroom was nearby. Beach toys, strollers and a wagon was available for use. The kitchen was well equipped. Appliances and cooking ware were clean and appeared new. When I notified the host that we were hoping to use the barbecue and needed the propane tank refill, they immediately attended to it and produced a whole new barbecue. The location was great. A 15 minute walk to the stadium. Close to all the downtown shops and restaurants and an easy drive to several beaches. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a well equipped comfortable home. Hands down, this house is the best! This was our first experience with renting a vacation house, and it was perfect for us in every way. The kids loved it, but most importantly the wife loved it!
We'll definitely be looking to rebook this one.
Location and plenty of space and beds are what we needed and this house exceeded our expectations in ever way.

After visiting Dunedin a year ago, I was so excited to spend time getting to know the area. It was exactly what I was hoping for and this home made all the difference. It was very clean, decoratively so beautifully and was just a wonderful and calming place to return after a day of activity. So close to everything and I couldn't have wanted for more. My friend and significant other agreed!
Jen was incredibly responsive and fun to talk with. I can see why she gets such incredible ratings. They are well deserved. Thanks Jen for sharing your lovely home with us! What a fabulous time we had!

We had a great weekend for our 31st girls weekend with my sisters and sisters-in law. Perfect location and we happened to be here on a craft fair weekend. I would highly recommend!

From the first reach out by the host Jen to the end, Jen went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and all set to explore Dunedin.
This house is VERY comfortable and is right in the middle of all of the exciting areas to see and experience in town.
I live in Dunedin but my family and kids were coming to visit and have never been. So I rented this place to house everyone and it came with baby carriages, coffee, all the things you would need from home but don't want to bring. We were here with eight people and everyone had room to sleep and plenty of bathrooms.
Plenty of parking with three slots and a huge front and back porch for sitting around and catching up.
Highly recommend this place and I'll be coming back for sure.

The home is well equipped for anything you would need for children and enough kitchen utensils to cook if you’re inspired to do so. The decor is soothing and enough to put this home into a 5-star VRBO experience.

Everything you need for a family vacation. Beach chairs.. stroller..high chair.. and more. Very well stocked! No need to run out to resupply paper towels and tp... plenty of towels so no need to wash towels during your vacation.Walking distance to shops..restaurants..parks.. outdoor market. Easy check in / out. This home was the most relaxing …just show up and everything is there waiting for you. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

This was a great spot to stay for our long weekend in Dunedin! Easy walk to everything — restaurants, marina, shopping, drinks. The house was good for our group of 5 adults. The smaller king bedroom is a pretty tight squeeze (but a comfortable bed) which made unpacking tricky, but still doable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and then some). We’d definitely recommend this house.

Went down for a long football weekend.

We use VRBO quite a bit-
This property was BY FAR the best host we have encountered. The house is very clean, comfortable and had all and more of the amenities you want /need for vacation. Jen provided the little things which made our stay amazing. (example- sleep sound machine - blow dryer/ straight iron / clothes steamer/fans/ all new beach items ……. Many extras provided ). She was very communicative and helpful. We had zero issues but Jen checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed . The property is located within walking distance of everything in Dunedin and is a short drive to many local beaches . The house is in a perfect location and is very family friendly or adult vacay - whatever you choose-
I highly recommend this property and we hope to go back again soon . We had a great week.

Accommodations were great. Location is perfect. Owner provided everything we needed for a week long stay. We felt very safe and at home the whole time. We were in close walking proximity to the Pinellas Trail and downtown. We highly recommend heading north to Rusty Bellies for a great meal. We would definitely return to this property. The umbrellas and chairs for the beach have seen better days but that is typical of most condos that provide these. Grab a bag of ice if you need to make some adult beverages when you walk in the door. There is no ice maker, just trays to make your own.

This house was very clean and very well stocked w shampoo, paper products, etc. Two disappointing concerns were as follows:
Florida is extremely hot and humid in July and the air conditioning was intentionally locked so we could not lower it. All bedrooms upstairs were too warm. Also the A.C. Unit is very loud keeping us up.
Also one bathroom upstairs has a difficult cast iron tub which is very unsafe to use. Plumbing struggling to get water pressure.

Girls getaway to my old hometown…
The house is located a short walk from downtown.
The house is clean and bright and beachy.
Nice cold A/C!
We loved the room setups for 3 and bathrooms worked out well.
The amenities from coffee and creamers and filtered water was very appreciated, you can walk 900’ to a cappuccino and breakfast cafe too.
We also were very appreciative of beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys to use while we were there.
We would definitely stay here again and plan to come back.
Also, as a side note, we took the cooking workshop at Dunedin Fine Arts center a short drive away, on Paella night. It was fun, great 3 course meal and great chef. BYOB and music and just a great night.
Had leftovers the next day too!

The Barefoot Parrot house was a fabulous experience! Prime location to all the best spots in Dunedin! Every amenity I could think of, this property had in the home. We felt at home here and it was a wonderful place to spend my bachelorette weekend! We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful house and extremely clean. The location was perfect as we had family engagement's in Dunedin and the house was only minutes walk to every thing we needed. It was too short of a stay and would have loved to spend an extra day.
The little extras that really helped; there was coffee and tea, ice cubes already made in freezer and a britta in the fridge. Plenty of plates and cutlery. Beautiful neighborhood and everyone is super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed here for one night so I wish we had had more time to enjoy it, but we had a very relaxing stay. Everything we needed was in the house and after a week at Disney it was nice to each have our own bedroom to get a good nights sleep before driving back. Also Jen was very helpful and responsive and gave us some great recommendations while we were there!

This was a perfect place for our family! We could walk into town, and the house itself has a great layout. There was plenty of room on both levels, and every area was immaculate. The enclosed back yard and front porch were great for our young children. We appreciated the fact that it was also suited for young children with a pack and play, high chair, gate, as well as toys and books. Even though we mostly ate out, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, including a Keurig. Jen was super helpful, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. This is a new favorite place to stay for us. Highly recommend ( just not when we want to be there, please!)

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures portrayed (clean, well decorated, spacious, and comfortable). Very short walk to an adorable town of Dunedin with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. You will love it!

Upon arrival to this amazing home we had a great wonderful greeting by Jenny. The house is immaculate the location hands-down cannot be beaten. We were just around the corner from the Fenway where my son and his beautiful bride got married. Coming home after the ceremony was icing on the cake to enjoy a cocktail out on the lovely porch in the backyard. Offers parking and a short distance to so many amazing restaurants in downtown Dunedin. Jen was so open to answering all my questions before during and after my stay. We will most likely stay at this VRBO again. It may even book something out in Georgia wink wink

We had the most amazing time renting this property! The house is perfectly situated right near (and by that I mean literally 2 blocks) from beautiful downtown Dunedin. We enjoyed being able to go on foot to all of the restaurants and shops! The house is beautifully decorated with a huge master suite and a wonderful living room area. The house was very clean and the communication with the owner was top notch. Can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing place!
Jen and Jason thought of everything in this place! From the night lights in every room, to the kitchen tools, and overall aesthetic, this place is absolutely charming!!!!! The house had umbrellas, beach toys, a cooler, beach chairs and towels that we used all week. The back porch is so wonderful and the living space was more than ample for us! Jen and Jason also had baby gear (high chair, pack n play, even a car seat) that was super helpful! We LOVED the week here and look forward to rebooking!
