The apartment was accurately described. Enjoyed our week-long stay. I had to contact the owner with a question and they replied very quickly. We didn’t have any issues. There is only one recommendation I would have and that is to have blinds or room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. I would definitely stay again.

I’m so happy we chose this place for our visit to St. Petersburg. It’s close to the beach and a couple downtown areas so we were able to find great food and shopping. The property itself is close to a main road so it was a little noisy but I was able to sleep with the heavy curtains closed. The living room isn’t very practical; the furniture is small and uncomfortable. However, it’s comfortable where it counts: the beds! The mattresses are a great firmness and feel new. The hosts have provided multiple pillows as well. The bathroom and kitchen are huge and have everything you need. The washer and dryer work well, and the outside area is super cute. Parking is off street. You’re close to a nice Publix as well.

what a reward after an 11-hour drive. The place was o cute. And comfy. We were in for a family wedding, which ended up being just across the bridge on Saint Pete! What a treat. Next time, we will plan on stayinhg longer. Easy hop to downtown Saint Petersburg and Saint Pete Beach. We could not have asked for more. Thanks Natalie and Yuri.

Property was exactly as described. The shower was the best feature! I love a hot shower and it did not disappoint. All the welcome treats were an awesome touch. The beds were unbelievable. Close to everything! The living room area was a bit uncomfortable just because we like to watch movies as a family and made it a little difficult to get comfortable. Overall great experience. I would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for my very quick, solo trip to St. Pete. Natalia and Yuri were extremely communicative and informative. The property was sparkling clean when I arrived and was just as pictured! The bed was comfy and amenities were great. I love that it was just a short ride to St. Pete beach on the free Sun Runner bus! The property is also very conveniently next to a Publix and Taco Bell. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice. Well appointed with cute furniture and kitchen. Bed and pillows very comfortable. And a Publix next door so that’s very convenient. Hosts were very easy to work with.

Chose this spot because it was close to our family's home in the area. I was concerned it was too close to busy roads, but the unit itself was quiet. Turned out to be a great location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The apt. was clean, well apppointed and more than adequate. We had a little hiccup and thought we might need to check out later, stay another night, etc. The host was more than accommodating & was prompt in responding to any questions. Glad to have found this gem.

Super chic getaway in a prime location

It was such a nice place with plenty of room for 4 adults to hang out for a family get together with places to relax as well, like in the furnished outside patio. The location was excellent and was right around the corner from Publix, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. This place really exceeded my expectations!

We had an amazing time in Saint Pete. The apartment was excellent: very clean, neat, well decorated in a perfect location. The host stayed in touch with us and ensure that everything was perfect with the spot. We had such a pleasant stay that we are considering canceling our Vegas vacation and go back to that same location in St Pete. Thank you so much for helping us with out perfect weekend getaway.

A friend and I stayed here for 5 days and cannot say enough positives about it! The apartment was just as advertised, so cute and had all the supplies we needed. Very quiet, easy to find location. Such a close drive to several beaches! We felt completely safe and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We hope to make this an annual stay!

Great place!
This is a great place. Comfy beds with lots of storage so you can unpack and unwind. So close to St Pete’s beach. Also right by 3 different grocery stores. Huge backyard. Kids ran around while we bbq’d. Natalia was a great communicator and we would recommend. Clean with new everything appliances makes it easy. Wi-fi was nice and tv’s got all the smart apps.

Fish on!
Stayed here with a friend for a 5 day fishing trip. This place is super clean and everything is as advertised. The owners are very responsive to all your needs. Location is close to many restaurants and a Publix one block away. Kitchens is equipped with top notch essentials. Anywhere you may want to go is just a short drive. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place to Stay
Exceptionally appointed with plush towels, linens, and high end finishes. So close to 3 different grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.
Beautiful outdoor space, as well.
Communication with the owners was perfect.
On the bus line if you do not have a car.
