We stay in the Canmore property for a week in February. It was clean and well appointed. Check in process was easy and communication with the host was efficient. Highly recommend for a trip to Banff.

Great location, central to everything the national/provincial parks have to offer. Communication with the host was outstanding. This was are third stay in this location with a ski team and we are already planning to rebook for 2024.

The unit was really well stocked and had everything we needed. Would book again.

Pros: - pictures are accurate - our large group appreciated the many bathrooms and areas to sit - park passes to Banff were fantastic - Location was handy, very close to most things in Canmore - lots of beds - tech was nice (lots of tvs etc) Neutral: - beds are VERY firm - stair are a bit narrow (one person at a time) Cons: - house was dirty (dead flies on window ledge, hair in the shower, dirt and dust balls in most corners, mats and bedding were dirty) - house is showing its age (marks and dings on the walls) - no shade on deck (no umbrella etc) - Broken bench, even after reporting it to property manager (more than once) was not repaired, even after I sent a video explaining how it was broken - Rude gentleman barged in the day before we were scheduled to leave accusing my Grandmother of not having left the house on time. I completely understand that it could have been a communication error on their part, but the way they talked to my grandmother was horrible. Overall, for the cost that we payed to stay at this house we expected more for the premium price that is payed.

This place worked out well for us. We felt very welcome when we saw the table set for us when we walked in. We walked to town a couple of times. We cooked on the grill. Everyone did laundry. We had a great time. We couldn’t find where to take our trash, because the book of instructions confused us. But the manager was very responsive to our questions on email. Overall, a very nice place.

my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this small house had several significant issues that severely impacted the quality of my stay. One of the most concerning aspects was the size of the rooms. As described, the rooms were indeed small, which made it quite uncomfortable to move around and store personal belongings. If you value your personal space and comfort, this rental may not be suitable for you. Another major problem was the distant garbage disposal. It was extremely inconvenient to have to trek a significant distance to dispose of trash properly. The lack of a nearby garbage disposal area was a major inconvenience and detracted from the overall experience. Moreover, the lighting situation in this rental was dismal. In some rooms, the lights either did not work at all or were so dim that they hardly served their purpose. It created a gloomy atmosphere and made it challenging to carry out everyday tasks or enjoy the space adequately. Additionally, the broken room curtains were a significant issue as they were unable to close properly, leaving the rooms poorly lit and lacking privacy and sleeping during morning In summary, I would not recommend this rental to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The small rooms, distant garbage disposal, malfunctioning or dim lighting, and broken curtains all contributed to an unsatisfactory experience. The property was as advertised and was very much a home. Well stocked kitchen, furniture was comfortable and the toiletries were good quality. Slept 8 adults comfortably (two sharing the king bed and two in bunk beds, the bunk beds do creak). Location was great to walk from but you would need to drive to get downtown.
