This place was awesome! Loved the decor! It was clean and had everything you need for your stay. The location was great! Location was great because it was close to Broadway, The Gulch and the 12 South neighborhood with a strip of bars that was in close walking distance. We would 100% recommend this place or any of Derek and Lacey’s rentals. Lacey was very easy to work with, such a sweetheart!

Pool days were great. History of Music Row around the area was interesting. Close walk to Music Row, midtown and The Gulch. 10 minute uber to Broadway. Can't wait to get back.

There were 7 girls that just graduated from JMU this past May. We were looking for a great place, with an awesome location and wonderful amenities. Music Row did not disappoint and Lacey was so sweet and accommodating anytime we would reach out with any questions. Definitely would recommend this place! Thank you so much Lacey! Cheers

Only complaint was that it was much smaller than the photos lead you to believe and it in no way would accommodate 6 people. Fortunately was only two of us and we enjoyed the place a lot

This property was perfect for our first time to Nashville. Cute,clean and comfortable it was in a quiet neighborhood that was about a 15 minute walk from the action of Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect sized condo for myself, hubby and twin 17 year olds.

The place is small but it’s sooo amazing and perfect for bonding and hanging out and you’re close to EVERYTHING! Felt super safe and had the best time! The owner was available whenever we needed her. The best place to stay when exploring Nashville!

We had an excellent stay at Lacey and Derek's condo in Music Row! Everything was absolutely perfect. Their condo is SO nice and their communication was great throughout the whole process! The location was A++++. They even sent us some great restaurant recommendations!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville in the (hopefully) near future.

Very clean, higher end apartment. Bunk beds worked out good for kids. Main bedroom nice. Kitchen has everything we needed. Bathroom was nice especially double shower area. Close by to downtown

Our condo was great. They thought of everything that we needed. Guitar shaped pool was amazing. Found out the history of the building and pool. Many famous people stayed there. Thank you for a great time.

We loved this condo. It was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with a water main break and they notified us right away of the issue and when the water was back. We walked from there to downtown Nashville. I would only do that if you can handle the walk. It is a ways away. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing. Best sleep I have ever had. I want that mattress. A short distance away are some places for food and drinks. I would definitely come back to stay there.

My family and I stayed at Derek & Lacey’s property (5 adults). The apartment exceeded all expectations! It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a nice stay (bath/pool towels, makeup remover wipes, clean blankets/sheets, etc). You can tell they put a lot of thought into the property. The double showers were a nice touch to help speed up the getting ready process. My sisters also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. It was probably about a 15-20 minute walk to the Gulch and about 25-30 minute walk to the main part of Broadway. We enjoyed walking around the city but ubers were also reasonably priced when we chose that. The hosts left a nice list of recommendations at the apartment and were very easy to communicate with prior/during/and after our stay. I plan to return to Nashville and will definitely consider this property or one of Derek & Lacey’s other properties for my next stay. If you want a headache free booking experience, they’re the people to give you just that.

Wonderfully maintained condo near Vanderbilt in the heart of Music Row. Extremely clean and super easy check-in and check out!!!

Good setup. Accurate pictures. Well equipped apartment. It's a doable walk from the touristy spots, or a quick car ride.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was clean and beautiful. All of us who stayed for a girls trip enjoyed the space. The 2 showers were very nice to have and the beds were very comfortable! It was also so nice to have the washer and dryer. We were so busy we didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice! The description of the place was very accurate. The owners were easy to talk to and responded in a timely manner. Very happy with our stay.

Cute condo in the middle of music row. Quick walk to the Gulch, but would need to drive to Broadway. Very trendy decor which my teenagers loved. The only downside side of this condo was that finding a parking spot with your parking pass was hard and there is no storage or closets for your clothes in the queen bed room. The bunk bed room has room to store luggage underneath the beds, but no closet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Lacey was very sweet and communicative throughout.

Clean and nicely designed. Perfect arrangements for girls weekend. Having the bathroom broken up into separate rooms with doors (toilet, showers, sinks) was very convenient for multiple people getting ready at same time. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed at this property for my friend’s birthday weekend, and it was everything we could have asked for and more! Derek and Lacey were so kind and accommodated us with everything we needed. They respond very quickly and were just amazing. The condo was very clean and BEAUTIFUL! It was a 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars, so it was very practical. We really enjoyed our stay here and I could not recommend this place enough!
