A great floorplan! Kitchen island enabled enables everyone to help cook. Table seating 6 was the conversation and game playing hub. Ping pong captivated our teenage grandson. Great room couch comfy and a relaxing hang-out. All appliances in excellent condition. Prescott is beautiful. Would highly recommend hiking the boulder shoreline of nearby Watson lake. Thank you to our host for his interest in making our stay perfectly memorable.

Our stay at this property was great! Plenty of room for our family, the place was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The landlord was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Very happy with our stay!

This property did not disappoint. This is the second year that we have stayed here. Perfect location for hiking at Willow and Watson Lake, Pickleball and mountain biking at Pioneer Park and just a short drive to all of the fabulous, independent restaurants in Prescott. The house if perfect for hosting family, friends and your furry family members(with fenced front and back yard). Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are conducive for family and friend gatherings. Aaron, the property manager, is there when needed and addresses issues promptly. Like this place so much that we are already booked for next year.

We stayed here to attend a wedding. House was super nice. Front yard has turf which was great for our dog. Backyard is huge but full of stickers so do NOT let your dogs out back. My dog was limping and I had to pull the stickers out of his feet and fit within 2 min. Great kitchen. Bed in master was very comfortable though they need a mattress pad because the sheets slip around. Nice amenities. Located 8 min from old Prescott. Quiet street too. Was very pleased.

We rented the place for a family gathering to celebrate our daughter's graduation. The property was close to Embry Riddle and downtown Prescott. The place was well kept and organized. The large and fenced yard is conducive to family events and pets, although, we had no pets with us on this trip. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and needs.

We have stayed here multiple times. It's a nice home in a good, centralized location on the north side, a few miles from downtown. What we love most is how it's setup. There's plenty of room, great porches to relax on, a large property out back for the dog to roam, and a very nice fenced in front yard for kid/pup to play around. Definitely would stay again!

This house had everything we needed for a weekend away. Kids loved the ping pong table. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for breakfast (we ate out otherwise). Appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the wine was a pleasant surprise. Nice big yard and outdoor space though it was a little chilly for us to enjoy this trip. Great location and we'd love to stay here again!

This was a great, centrally located Prescott home that was very well appointed for our small family & dog. The property was large, yard was fenced in, and the house was comfortable with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

We were so happy when we walked in. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but this house is so pretty. We stayed three nights and had my husband's elderly parents spend an afternoon with us. It's very dog friendly with such a big yard to play in, unfortunately our dogs are fluffy small dogs and could squeeze through part of the fencing on each side of the house. Most of the fencing is small squares, it's just those two sides that are bigger. So be aware of that when you take your dog out if they are small. Other than that it was wonderful. Comfortable beds, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Stores are close by too. We loved it so much we are even going to change the colors in our own house to the colors they use. We will definitely look for this house when we plan our next trip!

If you travel with your dog — this place is a must rent. The front and backyards were great for our Aussie Shepard. Rocky loved the nearby dog park and great hiking trails at Willow and Watson Lake. The house had a dog bed, kennels and dog dishes for us to use. The property was very clean with great attention to detail. The kitchen was well appointed and had all of the utensils and dishes that we needed. It was well stocked with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and COFFEE! There was even a small herb garden in the front yard. We used and enjoyed the covered back patio. Especially during the monsoon rains. Only wish it was a bit cooler so that we could roast marshmallows in the fire pit. The owner is great. We had a small issue with the thermostat and he was very responsive in helping us to get it fixed. We will be back next year! If your thinking about renting, book now…. You will not regret it.

The property is well maintained and location is great. The house is cozy and provides for all the basic essentials. The owner has been very thoughtful in keeping some basic condiments and spices in the pantry and the fridge and this was very helpful. I loved the keurig coffee machine and the complimentary wine.

This is a great property in a good location, everything was clean beds were very comfortable, and nice decor. Very accommodating place with lots to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back

Just a couple of minor things. The water pressure in the 2nd bathroom was a bit weak. Also, the soap dispensers need to be updated in both bathrooms. They didn't dispense very well. A recommendation, but not a show stopper, would be to put a ceiling in family / tv room as it gets a bit warm in that area compared to rest of house. Also, a ceiling fan in back patio would help air circulation during summer months. All in all, a very nice weekend, and kudos to the house renovation, and interior decorations. A nice place to stay!

We loved the central location of this property with the set back from the street & our Sheltie dog loved the backyard + the front door with screens to enjoy the Fall air! Wonderful back patio! Nice to have a fireplace in the cool evenings...Lovely updates! Good Internet and a desk to stay in touch! Comfortable bed in Master...and great walk-in shower!

Our stay was all we could ask for. It was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The back patio is very nice and where we spent most of our time. Our only issue was we could not locate any local tv channels, so we were unable to watch the college football games we wanted. I emailed the owner asking how to locate them with no response. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the accommodations. We plan on returning next year for our annual golf outing. Dave

This home was lovely, very clean and well kept. The back patio was very large and comfortable and the yard was large and great for my dog. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was a beautiful home with lovely big back porch, beautifully furnished. We do have a few suggestions, more hanging hooks for bathrooms & maybe a small chest of drawers for bedrooms, which would come in handy for extended stays. TV instructions would be helpful. We had a lovely stay & it was a quiet retreat. Thank you so much.
