Close to almost anything that you could ever need. Disney is about a 12-15min drive, not bad at all. Overall, a great place to bring the family/friends together. Lots of space

My family enjoyed this home

The only reason that i can give 5 star was because the water heater no works properly and we no have enough hot water and in his season was a little cooler weather so that's affecting more the issue but overall was amazing I love it my guys love it so much Highly recommended the house the complex was amazing!

We had a great stay! I work with adults with ID and they wanted to visit Disney. There were 20 of us and the house was perfect to fit us all comfortably. Thank you for hosting us and allowing me to make their Disney wish come true.

Our stay was enjoyable. The property is as described. It needs some TLC but with the fact it is a rental, SOME wear and tear should be expected. Before arriving, I read someone’s review about the locks on the doors. I inquired about it and was told it was fixed. They were not. Probably only two to three bedroom doors/bathroom doors seem to lock. We had a lot of walk-ins while using the restroom. Our stay was right at the end of Hurricane Ian. Owners kept us updated as to the status of the villa. It was much appreciated. Had issues with the air and the pool heat. The air finally got fixed but we paid for pool heat and probably got two days of pool heat. The owner dropped the ball on getting it taken care of in the long run. Now on to the cleanliness. Like I said, expect wear and tear BUT there is fuzz coming out of the register vents. My daughter-in-law cleaned the lights over the tables because they were so filthy. We swept the living floor upon arrival and had a good pile of dirt. There were food and other stuff under the couches. There was writing in one of the kids rooms on door saying something like I’m watching you. The floors in bathroom around cabinets were dirty. Beware, there is NO sweeper or mop. It would’ve been nice to be able to clean the tile floors with having 9 kids. We did buy one a mop at dollar store so if one is there, you’re welcome. Take with you pot holders (which I believe I left the set I bought there) and utensils for cooking. The smaller appliances are sparse. It would be nice if there were instructions when you arrived as to what is expected upon leaving or what to do with trash, etc. Also, a bigger trash can inside would be nice. You have a large party and seem to take out trash every 30 minutes. The clubhouse was probably our favorite thing to do. Definitely should go at the beginning of your stay to check it out.

Everything was perfect. My grandparents wish we’d stayed longer. We’ll definitely visit again very soon

Just disappointed with the condition of the home after check in. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm but was not allowed to get in the home until after 6. Communication with the host during that stressful time was tough. So many things broken and markings on the walls, locks were broken. Just not what was expected and overall the family was not happy.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and playing games in the gameroom. Plenty of space for everyone. If staying here in the future, bring or buy dishwasher and laundry soaps, paper towels, and extra tissue rolls. Ice maker didn't work well enough for larger group so had to buy ice. No hotpads or mitts available. Some minor asthetic repairs needed, but nothing urgent. Overall, the house and the community pool were very nice.

This house was big enough for our family and it had every thing we needed except a broom that I asked for and never got. There were broken bed, there were small holes in walls crayon writing on walls, stains on walls one of the beds had a big stain on the bed on the comforter it shouldn't even be on the bed. The carpet was also stained up stairs. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen but this house could use a deep for sure. The house was still nice but could really use some attention especially for the price and the cleaning fee for a house that needs to be cleaned .

The home is beautiful and roomy. We enjoyed it all. The mgmt handled our pool concerns and we will definitely come back next year.

Large house for large family

We loved the location of this property! The location is great for all of your shopping needs. Very quick response from property manager if necessary. We highly recommend this property.

I would like to Thank Emily for allowing us to stay at the vacation home. Ms. Emily was very friendly and responded quickly to any question I may have had. I would recommend the home to all as the experience and gated community was beyond what we expected and will stay their again if I am in need of a place. Again the place was amazing.

Easy to rent. Emily was fantastic in getting right back to me and answering all questions. 2 complaints. Guests need to know the target gate closes and you have to come in on storey lake Blvd. The other was management or cleaning cre not checking to see what was broken before the next guest. Minor things like hooks and toilet paper holders just didn't want to get blamed. Definitely would come back.

Upon arrival that front of our unit was covered in trash, not the best first impression. We had many issues inside the house broken furniture, holes in walls etc. The property manager stated the house would have tissue, paper towels and detergent when we arrived which was not in the house. we had to rush out to grab toiletries because we had a house full of children and adults. The freezer did not freeze, causing most of our frozen food to thaw out. The house décor was very nice and up to date, the room layout was as described. I wish the description would give an estimate on the distance from the property to the clubhouse (we had a 30+ minute walk or $12 uber ride to the pool), We weren't that the pool access area wasn't outside and was asked to pay $1 per mask for 12 kids. (I will say guest services was accommodating with this issues. The clubhouse only accepted cash which was another inconvenience I wish they had a more up to date system to take cards or apple pay. and the sprinkler area for toddlers smelled like sewage. but the waterslides lazy river and pool area were nice.

The overall experience was amazing. Absolutely no complaints. Host and property management was available for ALL of our questions and concerns within minutes. Resort is beautiful a lot of things for the children. Very close to shopping centers and attractions. Neighborhood was beautiful. We look forward to another visit.
