This was our second year at the house. Upon arrival, the floors were quite dirty—kitchen, entry and primary bath had a lot of debris on the tile. For the second year, heat in the main floor bedroom and bath was nonexistent and we had to rely on space heaters. A few of the windows don’t fully close, so there is some air leakage around them. We called the property manager because the garage door wouldn’t open. Fortunately, someone in our party was able to get it to work until maintenance arrived two days later. The hot water went out the second night and we had to fiddle with things to get that restored. Blinds on some windows are non-operational. Despite all those issues, the place is comfortable enough for a large group.

Everything was very clean and was just like the pictures in the ad.

Arrived at 4pm with easy access and check in. Spacious for a family of 11 with 3 young grand children. Had a good time house is very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of room, Dinning area was large and so is family room and separate game room. All bedroom are quiet with doors closed. While playing with the children on the carpet there was a lot of dog fur that stuck to their clothes. Tried to contact management with no response. Yard and deck are small, backyard faces neighbor street but wasn't very busy. Yard is not landscape or groomed so children couldn't play outside. House was plenty big enough for them to play inside. Games are well stocked with boardgames. Plenty of baby furniture, strollers , high chair, crib with bedding. Hot tub is keep at104 degrees and plenty extra towels provided. Nice neighborhood to walk around for exercise.

Very clean up to date housing, high quality. Best housing I stayed in long time. Just outside of town, nice and quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. Highly recommended.

Very quiet house! Heating system left much to be desired as one bedroom and bathroom seemed to get no heat at all!

Only issue was bedroom on first floor was cold and hot tub jets did not work. We called but no one came. Otherwise was great place for our 2 family ski trip

I enjoyed the ease of contacting the rental agents. The property owners were very considerate regarding our having to reschedule our stay due to weather. Thx
