Between 3 and 4 golfers for the month of February. Plenty of room and an elevator to boot. Kitchen has all the itensils and plenty of dishes and wine glasses. Flat screen TV great for sporting events.

We enjoyed our time. There were a few essential kitchen items that were missing. However, the real estate rep. quickly brought us what we needed. The kitchen is a little small, not much counter space, but not that big of a deal. Having an elevator was a real plus.

The condo was immaculate! Comfortable and beautiful. A home away from home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. This is our third stay at 141 and we will continue to do so. This has become a family vacation tradition.

Clean, plenty of room. Only con was the dryer was broken and didn’t work throughout the trip. Would’ve been nice to wash towels and things. Besides that, great place. Manager was quick to respond though. Probably just couldn’t get the part on a weekend.

The condo was in a wonderful quiet neighborhood with easy access. The condo was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Loved the individual balconies. The only issue was the air conditioning did not work well on the 3rd floor, it was very warm.

Very spacious. There were 4 floors, including the garage, with an elevator. Clean and comfortable. 3 private balconies. Well stocked kitchen. The grounds around the building were well kept. Great Value!

All item very good with the following exceptions
Frezer did not close properly, thus popping open damaging floor as you could tell has been an issue for some time.
elevator is not working, older individuals had trouble with all the stairs

This property was a great place for us girls to chat, eat and sleep while also exploring the island and beach! Exactly as pictured and described and the management company communicated well. We did not have even one issue while we were there.

The property's location is certainly an asset. The beach, good shopping and excellent restaurants are all in close proximity. The condo is spacious and can easily accommodate a group of 8 with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. There are lots of stairs connecting all of the floors but the elevator is easy to operate.
We did find that the AC is automatically set and we could not figure out how to change it. We found the condo a bit chilly even for this warm weather but I would rather be cool in the summer than hot.
Overall we had no complaints.

Our rental was perfect. Plenty of space and amenities for the 6 of us. Close proximity to both the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The house was dirty and not as nice as other units we have stayed at prior. Beds, towels, and other fabric materials had nasty stains and smelled musty. The fridge leaked and a repairman was called quickly. You can see spots around the floor where it has leaked prior. The garage is also shared with a golf cart that wasn’t mentioned and took up additional space we had planned on using. We fish the majority of our stay and keep our equipment in the garage when not being used but the room we had last year a few doors down was 2X what we had last year because the golf cart and other items in the garage. We would stay again but not at the price point when there are cheaper nicer options next door

The condo was clean, well stocked with necessities and in a central location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. 141 Demere is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The pool was great. Our family felt very safe and comfortable. We were able to spread out and not feel like we weee on top of one another the way you feel in hotel rooms. Great place stay. Looking forward to next year!!

Great Place
We loved this place! Everything was perfect, just as described!
The only thing that was wrong ~ We called to report one of the toilets was running and were told they would send repair to take care of that and housekeeping reported the dryer wasn't working properly. Maint. came and repaired both ~ We called to say the toilet was still not working so a new person was sent who said he would be back first thing Tuesday morning, when we left Sat. we still hadn't seen him and we found the dryer still not working as well

Stay for wedding
Good location by East Beach. House was very clean and well stocked. Just be aware one the rooms with queen bed has no access to bathroom, but can use toilet one floor down. Overall very happy with our stay

Family stay for a wedding
This was the perfect place for my family! We had 4 generations stay for 5 days. My 81 year old grandfather to my 6 year old son. We could not have hoped for a better place! This condo had everything that we needed. It was close to the pier, beach access, and delicious restaurants! Very comfortable! We even enjoyed the turtles and fish in the pond here. We would definitely stay here again! We will recommend our friends!

Not pleased
The elevator was not working properly. The TV was not working in one of the bedrooms, there was no remote in another bedroom, and last but not least, my cousin got bit badly by bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. This was not a great experience 😕.

King and prince workers
We needed a mid month cleaning and didn’t know who to contact. Additionally there were plumbing issues in two bathrooms with slow or no draining sinks and shower. Again, not sure who would have arranged for that to be repaired. Otherwise a nice space for four adult men all needing their own bathroom and tv. Would stay agin

Christmas Holiday Stay
I needed a place to rest my head over the holidays while I waited to close on my new place in St. Simons. This property was very nice and well appointed. A few minor items needed attention and they were all taken care of within hours ofd my arrival. You will hear a bit of noise from the neighbors and the garage doors, but that is to be expected in a townhouse and did not bother me at all. I stayed for an entire month and had no issues. The house is very clean and comfortable. It would be easy to recommend this property. The part of this stay that was above and beyond was the customer service provided by the entire staff I encountered from Emmons. The would also be an easy recommendation from me. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was very clean and close to the Sea Island golf courses (8 min away). Also very close to a number of restaurants. Only 2 small issues bunk bed and full bed not quite large enough for my taller friends. Also TV had error code come up a few times and losing connection while watching.
