We will be back! Beautiful interior, quiet building and our kids loved the pool. The unit is very spacious! Very close to the beach and great location to other attractions. Our only complaint was that the oven took almost an hour to pre-heat each time. Great trip in Kiawah!!

We enjoyed this beautiful home, however, a few of the things broken were never fixed in the home. Previous renters clearly didn't notify managing agent. We plan to return because of how spacious and comfortable the home was. Property location is perfect...close to beach and well kept pool!!

Our family has been coming to the island since the late 70’s but never at Thanksgiving - it was magical due in large part because of the quality of the property. It was beautiful, spotless, spacious, well appointed and although not on the beach it was only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Hope to be back!

Beautiful home with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Lots of bright, great living space. Our only complaint is the outdoor spaces. They need to be cleaned. There were thick webs along the screens and railings (lots of dead bugs). Just constructive criticism but we would definitely stay here again.

This was an example when the home exceeded my expectations. The unit is lovely and more spacious than it appears in pictures. We all hated to leave. The set up is excellent and well equipped. The management company was outstanding.

the villa is very well appointed with a central location on the island. we have stayed here twice now and will be sure to consider it again in future stays! we enjoyed the amenities of the kitchen and were able to cook in easily. you can't beat this maritime villa for quality, size and space! it's a sure winner!

Perfect family return to Kiawah
After two years of the pandemic keeping us from travel four generations gathered for the week. The penthouse was perfect. Very safe for a 16 month old, no stairs for an 88 year old, and gorgeous, well stocked, great location.

We love staying in the Maritime Villas. Unfortunately, this was the first (of 4 or 5) times that there was an ant problem--big red ants, and lots of them. Some days were worse than others, but after five days, I was really anxious to get away from the ants. The floorplan is fabulous, and the decor was very nice--comfortable beds, good linens, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. No disposal in the kitchen sink, which was a bit frustrating (and perhaps a reason for the ants?), and the water temperature of the sinks and showers was difficult to adjust and maintain--mostly it was extremely hot, so that was odd. But still a beautiful place, and if it hadn't been for the ants, we would have enjoyed it very much.

This was the first time we have rented on Kiawah as we have been property owners since 1992. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the beautifully decorated interior. We would definitely stay here again as it’s central to the beach , East Beach grocery shopping & to the River Course. We had a great week!

My family and I had a wonderful 4 days at Maritime. Condo is immaculate and has many great features. Well decorated and had plenty of space inside and out. Close to the beach and the Sanctuary. We enjoyed the credits that we applied for bicycles / chairs that made packing easier. Will definitely be booking again!

While the weather was unsettled at times the unit was a great place to spend time in - open plan for great family time but also space for everyone when quiet time was needed. We have stayed at lots of different places during our 10 years coming to Kiawah, but this will always be my number 1 place to stay!!! Best location and clean as a pin. Includes all the amenities you will need for a wonderful stay. The view from the roof top area was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. Enjoyed the late evening sunsets and having our wine on the roof top!

All my friends noted the beds were super comfortable (heard they were recently replaced). Each bedroom had a king size bed except for the one room with twin beds. All rooms had a tv. We enjoyed dinner two out of our 3 nights there on our private roof deck where we could see the ocean on one side and the sun setting in the distance on the other side. A very nice stay was enjoyed by our group of 5.

Our family has been going to Kiawah for years and this is definitely our favorite rental. The location is perfect. We rented through ESPM and they were also the best we have worked with on the island. The villa was completely updated, beautifully decorated, very spacious and spotless upon arrival. We loved having so many different outdoor options. The rooftop deck was our favorite. The villa was so quiet and private and it was great to have covered parking. This will be the first place we try to get on our next visit to Kiawah.
