Very disappointed with one bedroom there should be same tip of bedroom no one want stay In the first entrance

Two friends and I came for my birthday weekend. The property was perfect for us. We each had our own bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms. I can see 3 couples or a family staying here comforably. We had everything we could have needed for the stay. The property is modern with cute decor. The location was good and we felt safe. The area was fairly quiet with a little bit of noise from the freeway behind the house, but it wasnt totally bothersome. We could have walked to the main steet for 15-20 mins had we wanted to explore but decided to Lyft everywhere. The place was super clean and we literally had zero complaints as a group. My only piece of feedback is to have extra blankets that are heavier for the couch area and the downstairs bedroom since it was cooler down there. Something the home cant help is accessibility. If you have people that cant do stairs, this may not be the property for you since it's 3 stories. There is a bed/bath downstairs but if they need to access the living space and kitchen, this isnt the best option. The host was super quick to respond and was very polite. We would totally stay here again & felt it was a great value for the stay. We made great memories together. Thanks for the stay, Patrick.

Loved this property. Upscale, very comfortable, unique amongst rental properties. Best if you don’t have a car to park as street parking is a challenge.

This is a beautifully appointed 3 ensuite bedroom townhouse, on 3 levels. Located at the end of a quiet cul sac. Walking distance to shops and stores. A Whole Foods and Trader Joe's both fairly nearby. We were a family of 4 adults who spent the recent Christmas holiday here, and we were very pleased with this rental.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Our remote team needed a space to stay out while we were working a weekend conference at our home office space in Oakland. This home was so perfect for us! VERY modern (loved the remote controlled shades), comfortable, clean, and convenient. The property manager was so responsive and helpful. Also, I will say this, so many properties have excessive cleaning rules which are so detailed I wonder why there's a cleaning fee when you're the one doing all the cleaning. This wasn't the case for this home. The instructions here were minimal (so much so I emailed them to make sure I hadn't missed something) that was so welcome considering we were all so tired from our conference work and also had to leave quite early the next morning (not due to checkout but because we had to get home early). I think my only wish is that we could park at the property. Street parking only but that was easy enough to find. I just prefer parking on properties because it gives me peace of mind. Overall, a 5 out of 5.

Not allowed in until exactly 5:00 pm. Too late. Also not allowed to drive up an uphill driveway to unload baby and a lot of luggage. Unacceptable. Ac works. Stairs in

Our VRBO was the perfect property for my family and I to stay in while we attended a wedding in Oakland. Patrick was also a fantastic host. He always responded in a timely manner and was very helpful.

This property was fantastic for 5 ladies (all family members) to enjoy, relax in a beautifully decorated home. It allowed us time to relax and catch up in a very comfortable and welcoming place. It was very clean. It was minutes away from shopping and dining and it neighborhood felt safe. Would definitely recommend this and will come back again. Patrick was very prompt in our communication, which I did appreciate! Thank you!

I would rent again- there was just a slight delay in getting the lock box info….it does back up to the fwy, but the house itself and the amenities were excellent! I would give 4 and a half stars, but didn’t have that option.

The property was beautiful. However, there was not "ample" parking on the street as described, so each adventure out was a challenge to find a parking space when returning. The master bedroom does receive a lot of traffic noise from the adjacent interstate. Overall, it was a fun property with easy highway access.
