Excellent property

It was great! I had a small issue with VRBO, and the host went over the top to help me figure it out. The place is amazing. I’d highly recommend.

The lake house was beautiful, location was perfect. The environment was perfect. The lake house has a awesome dock to either hang out and swim or fish or launch a boat out of it. They had all the amenities you needed. Had kayaks and floats and a really nice fire pit area to enjoy the lake! Everything was clean and neat. We had some few things arise but the was great and took care of the situation quickly. Very quick Response time and helpful in any questions we had. Easy check in and will be coming back!!! A++ looking forward to our next vacation stay out here again. Thank you for the perfect family trip!

The host was great and easy to get a hold of. Very clean exactly like the pictures. Had all amenities plus extras such as floats for the lake and just happy overall with my stay.

We really loved the Lakehouse! It was awesome and just what our group needed. Beautiful views, very comfortable and spacious for our group of 10+. Comfortable beds, clean, and managed very well. We will return again! Can’t wait!

We loved our stay and the view of Lake Granbury. We enjoyed playing in the water and kayaking. We also enjoyed just sitting and looking out at the view. The house was very homey and inviting, as well. It had everything we needed! Suzanne was a great communicator and I appreciated her checking on us and her thorough directions about procedures. We would love to go back!!

We loved the docor of the house. The view was amazing. Water level low. But we had a great time fishing and relaxing. Host waa helpful and on point. Would definitely stay again.

Suzanne was a fantastic host with her great communication! This lake house has a wonderful view, clean and beautifully decorated, AND so many extra amenities! Water toys, beach towels, life vests, cookware, paper supplies, condiments and every spice in the kitchen! Such wonderful attention to detail. Thankful for Suzanne’s communication when it came to toilet issue. She was on top of it and made sure we had use of neighbor’s bathroom if needed. Miss the lake view already but not the heat!

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely lake house on a cove on Lake Granbury. Lake views abound from both inside the house and from the three porches, down the stone stairway (with handrail) leading to fire pit area with seating, and finally to the covered dock. This was our favorite hangout! We all, (kids and adults!) took turns on the two kayaks and explored the nearby parts of the cove. There are chairs for relaxing on the dock as well. The owner was extremely attentive and available for any questions. All in all, a great vacation spot for us!

This lake home was a beautiful, peaceful place for my husband, father and I. It had all the amenities and comforts of home. Enjoyed the upgraded walk in shower, multiple levels to sit and watch the lake activities. Only need was a new broom.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect with everything we needed and lots of great areas to hang out as a family. The view from the back porch was beautiful. The location was perfect and it was easy to go the Granbury Square and also go into Glen Rose. There is so much to do that is in the area. We had actually scheduled the trip as we are relocating to the area in a few months and we wanted to get a better understanding of the lay out of the area and get the kids excited about our move. The kids absolutely loved it and were sad when it was time to go home. What a great spot for a getaway or family vacation!

Everything was as expected due to good communication from the owners. It’s a great location and made our 31st anniversary very special. If the house will fit your group, you won’t be disappointed!

This home was a great destination and a nice place to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday! The home was very clean and the owner extremely attentive/informative. We stayed in the winter, but would definitely come back for a summer stay as well. The kitchen was perfect for 2 or 3 people to be in at the same time. The pantry is huge, so you can bring all your food if you love to cook. The view in the living area is breathtaking day and night - a wonderful view of the lake. If you are looking for a great get away for your family or friends, this is a perfect home to stay.

The attention to details in this home was wonderful: it was decorated for the holidays, clean linens (a big one for me), cookware was great (another impt one for us), comfortable beds, even details such as wipes to remove makeup was there & ready to use! Owner was responsive, sending emails leading up to stay with impt details and very caring. Outside amenities included a nice dock to fish from, and plenty of areas to sit and relax, a grill & fire pit. We loved the rocking chairs! We rent frequently in Granbury, this property is our new favorite! We stayed over Thanksgiving, perfect home to make wonderful family memories in. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. While we did not spend much time at the house due to wedding activities, the cleanliness of the house was not overlooked. The house was so clean and organized and had so many small details that made it a perfect gate away home. From the technology, to the amount of towels, to the kitchen appliances, no small detail was overlooked, and we really appreciated this. We consider ourselves city slickers, and we most definitely appreciated the level of detail given to the technology available through the house, specially the multi outlets with USB ports. At night, it was so relaxing sitting on the porch overlooking the lake with a beautiful starry night. Definitely the best equipped and cleanest rental home we have ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!

This was our second trip like this in over 15 years. There was plenty of room and everything was just as it stated in the listing. Suzanne was great communicating with us! We made some great memories!!! We highly recommend your place!!!

Comfortable beds, nice linens, great view of the lake, plenty of space to spread out and very peaceful and relaxing. The house was super clean and we felt right at home! Loved that the kitchen had everything that we needed to fix a quick meal or a full meal. We made great use of the kayaks, gas grill and the firepit. Our family had the best weekend and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for sharing this great property with us.

Had a great time at lake Granbury! The house could have accommodated a lot more than just the four of us. It is well appointed (yay Keurig AND pods, makeup remover wipes, lake towels) and my bed was very comfortable. I loved sitting on the lower deck in the morning and watching the ducks as I drank my coffee in the morning, and grilling with a glass of wine and taking in the view on the upper deck in the evening. My son enjoyed taking the kayak out on the water & I fished right off the dock. There are chaise lounges to lay out on, a ladder off the dock if you don't want to jump into the lake, and a fire pit on the lower deck (but we never used it because we were having too much fun at the Granbury square every night)! The Silver Saddle Saloon is super fun (has great ice cream drinks), Baron's Creek has good wine and the pretzels at Ketzler's are delish. I'm so glad I discovered Granbury and this house. I will definitely be back.

The property was very clean and had all of the amenities we wanted. Beds were very comfortable and the linens and bed coverings were excellent. Plenty of room for everyone to have enough space. View of the lake was outstanding and access to the water was very convenient and secure. Smart TV's (4 of them) gave everyone their choice of what to watch. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We had a great time!

Had a great memorable stay. This lake house is super clean and comfortable open feel. Our bed slept well. The indoor porches were great for relaxing out of the sun. My favorite space was outside on the lower patio with classic old red glider chairs where I read while my husband threw a line in off the dock. Way more things to do near by then time to do them. Went to Waco to Magnolia, explored the country, some old towns, hiked and good eats. Outlaw for BBQ, Braum’s for ice cream. Groceries within 5-10 min. Really enjoyed quaint down town Granbury with its square and unique shopping all around it.

Loved getting to stay at this beautiful lake home. We definitely got to make some memories as a family amd we had good weather for boating. I think the only thing we weren't expecting were the different levels in the back yard but we still had much fun
