I only did like the location.

It took the staff very long to find my booking. Once I got it, was escorted with a member of staff to my room. He opened the doors with his card as my card was not working or was not coded appropriately. He advised to send someone to look at it. After a long wait I contacted the receptionist if possible to change the room if it takes longer, he was very upset and said you should contact booking.com and when they approve it I'm able to change your room, otherwise wait until someone comes and finds the issue. When someone showed up, he changed the batteries and assumed it was OK. I tried the card was not working had to walk back to the reception and finally they were able to find out the card was the wrong one and they had to decode it. Disappointing and unacceptable to go through all those hassle after a long journey. Definitely avoiding all the troubles in the future whilst booking. Best regards

too hot inside the room!!

Basic, but suitable for few days as a base for a concert! Rooms are warm, but not unpleasant, didn't spend too much time in the room. Useful cooking facilities, combi microwave and 2 ring hob, some utensils, but it's so close to all the restaurants and bars! Normally used for students in term time, you won't find anything as well priced when there is a major event on (Coldplay in my case). I would stay there again!

there was nothing to like about the property what so ever apart for the location the room is like a sauna with no A/C the toilet seat was on the floor the room was dirty and there was one pillow for a double bed

absolutely everything apart from the reception we’re helpful but had nothing to do with the booking

The area and vibe of the place, the facilities with games room and common area were great.

The room was small for 2 people and with the heat in London it was almost unbearable in the room. No air, aircon or ventilation.
