Charming Beach Cottage

Place was perfect. Close to all the everything. Super clean. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The house was very clean and a classic bungalow. We loved the screened in porch and the trees and plants provided a good level of privacy. Although on the main road, the road noise was not that bad. The house was in good proximity to where we wanted to visit and we liked being able to walk to the Oasis and English Pub.
The screens need some repair and a good set of knives, cutting board, and tea towels are the only suggestions we would make.

Sarah's house is clean and large. We loved the lanai at the back. Beds are comfortable and overall we had a very nice stay. The location is on the way to Siesta Key, and it was simple to get to Lido Key and downtown. There is a run-around in the driveway which makes getting out easier, as the road can get busy. Overall we highly recommend, Sarah was really efficient in her communication and helpfulness. Would go back!

Adorable two bedroom one bathroom cottage with screened in porch in the back. Very clean, spacious and comfortable . Very convenient but busy location. Sarah, the host is incredibly gracious and lovely to deal with. Very accommodating and attentive to the guests. Would highly recommend for any vacationers interested in checking out the beautiful Sarasota area. Close to the beaches, Restaurants, lots to do.

House was really nice !
Great location, we took short walks every morning in the neighborhood ,we haven't had enough of greenery, beautiful palm trees, cactuses and all of those exotic plants😍

Sister Stay
Perfect cottage for a family or group of adults. It’s location is super handy for quick trips to the beach, shopping or restaurants. It’s decorated cute and we enjoyed the screen porch!

Adorable home
Monumental kudos to Sarah for being such an attentive and receptive host. Very clean and comfortable beds and the lanai was so lovely to spend time in - from coffee sunrises, to mid day napping, to evening night caps. The house is on a busy street, but we were not bothered at all by the noise at night since the bedrooms are at the back of the house.

Close to Siesta Key. Traffic, but quiet at night and the bedrooms are great and in the rear. And, with the very nice screen porch in the rear you should enjoy your stay.

Clean, cozy, perfect base camp
We had a great time. Little house had everything we needed for our family stay. Loved having washer and drier in the house. Beds were comfortable for all 5 of us. Living room was great for having family time when it was too rainy to be exploring outside. Sarah was very nice an easy to reach when we had a question.

Cute cottage
The cottage is very nicely decorated. The little porch on the back is very cute. It is on a very busy street with a lot of loud car noise. We were aware of the noise but it didn’t keep us awake. Extras in the fridge were a nice touch. Overall a nice stay and location was convenient for the places we went during the day.

Great Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, and the back porch was very comfortable and inviting. It was a quick drive to the beach each day. I would stay again if I visit in the future :)
