Enjoyed this beautiful house again. Clean home and pool. We spent most of our time using the pool area. Owner added a new outdoor dining set which we loved. The owner is very responsive.

Communication with property manager Angie was wonderful, she responded quickly with any question or concern.
The house has a lot of towels for both pool and bath.
Pool was warm and lots of seating outside.
Lots of good pots and pans, that is a plus for me as not all homes do.
Great Location lots of shopping and stores near by.
Beds were comfortable.
View on the quiet canal was breathtaking and peaceful.

This is a beautiful property in a nice residential neighborhood. Lots of comfortable sleeping space and everything you will need. Truly the highlight is the outdoor space!! Heated pool, seating enough for everyone and a pool bath too, and all on a quiet canal. Amazing owner who was helpful and available ta answer all my questions. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Home was located centrally to all we needed. Entire family had a great time. Spent most of it in the pool and fishing off the dock. Quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Less than 10 minutes from stores and dining. Property manager was responsive to all of our questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We look forward to future stays!

Perfect for families
We have a big family and we were so happy to find this beautiful, comfortable, and clean home to stay for a week. Check in was easy, the host was accessible for questions, the home was perfect and clean, the pool was incredible. One day there was a tropical storm but the kids weren't disappointed to hang out at the house all day because it was so amazing. I'd totally recommend!!

This house was great for our family vacation! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night! Spent very little time inside. Angie was so responsive and helpful with all questions I had. The house is just like the pictures…it is beautiful inside and out! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Cape Coral!

Relaxing getaway
Angie is an amazing host. She takes pride in her property, it is well maintained and clean. Anytime we have to contact her, she responds immediately. The location of her property is perfect for morning and evening walks, it is close to a Dollar Store for last minute necessities and not far from grocery stores. We have a perfect stay every time!

We had a great stay!
We had a party of 10 and we never felt on top of one another. Super appreciate the locks high up on the doors so the littles couldn’t get to the pool area. Communication was great and we had a wonderful stay

Wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral
The house is very spacious and beautiful, even better than the pretty pictures online. The pool heated up 2 out of our 6 days there but other than that I would it was great. I highly recommend this nice home, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It’s a beautiful house inside and out! We had 5 couples and the house suited us great, the pool and hot tub were on our daily agenda besides enjoying everything else the area had to offer. Great central location to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Also noticed some features like latches at the top of the doors going to the pool that gave me confidence the next trip could be with the kiddos.

Beautiful Home
We loved staying in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were awesome feature to have to help entertain the kids while cooking dinner. House was equipped with plenty of towels for shower and beach! Located 30 minutes for 4 beaches i would also recommend. I didnt speak with the property manager much, but did speak with the owner on several occasions. Super nice people and I cant say how beautiful the home is through text! Will use again!!!

Great House
This house was Great. It had everything that we needed and more. It was clean and spacious and the property owner was very nice. We could not have picked a better location and it was super close to the river if you have a boat.

Family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Stayed for 5 nights. Amenities and location were as advertised.
We sent most of our time outside, including eating all our meals. Beds were comfy. Never even turned on the TVs. Property was clean. Enough kitchen gadgets to prepare everything we needed. Plenty of towels for pool and showers. Neighborhood seemed safe, we went for several early morning walks. Pool never heated up, but hot tub did. Air conditioning wasn’t working, but owner was quick to get someone out to fix it. Would stay again if we choose that location to vacation.

We enjoyed this house very much! We all enjoyed the pool every day especially the kids! The house was well equipped with items for the pool and beach. The floor plan was perfect for sleeping arrangements for our large group.

Beautiful Home!
Beautiful, spacious and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed. The pool and dock area were great for hanging out. I loved that all doors leading to the pool had locks out of the reach of my children. Made for a stress free vacation. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our stay. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children, ages 3-7. The house accommodated us very comfortably, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool! At night when the kids were in bed, we could sit out in the screened in pool/lanai and enjoy ourselves. The new owner was incredibly responsive and super great to work with. We will definitely consider this home again if we decided to come back to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

Very comfortable and spacious hoe
We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here. The house and landscaping were immaculate. The beds were all comfortable and every bedroom had plenty of space with its own tv. We used the pool and spa all week after our days on the boat we rented. Excellent location to Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island and Captiva. Jeff was very quick in his communications and was a pleasure to work with!
