Clean, spacious, beautiful home away from home. Really loved the grill and patio, the location was near everything fisherman's village, the new Sunseeker Resort, harbor walks, fish dinners. Lorrie the hostess was helpful, not intrusive. I know I said this, but it was wonderful!!

Great
Nicely furnished and decorated ranch with great outdoor space. We like to cook and enjoyed having the big kitchen and supplies as well as the outdoor grill. Location between two busy streets but neighborhood was quiet and safe. Easy walk, bike, or drive to Harbour Walk and downtown. Rate is competitive and beats staying in a hotel.

Winter Bungalow Get-Away
We loved our stay at this bungalow, it reminds me of a cottage atmosphere. It’s location is ideal because it’s minutes from everything in Punta Gorda. The Harbor walk, along the peace river Entrance, is about a nine minute walk away. The South County Regional salt water pool is a five minute drive and I swam there almost every day, for a charge of 3.00 per day.👍
The bungalow/cottage is very functional, the kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc. & is well-equipped. We also cooked every day on the Weber propane grill, on the Patio.
The owners were attentive and responsive.

The neighborhood was ok, some traffic from businesses, house was ok , old and the bathrooms are small, need more counter space in them and toilets need to be updated.
kitchen was nicely updated, living room furniture could be more comfortable, larger tv. and prefer to have cable rather than Roku. Area for washer and dryer should be cleaned.

Owners were very accommodating. They got us in on short notice without any trouble. The home was clean and worked out perfectly for us. It was close to the beaches and everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this home to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

We travel a lot for our high school age children’s sports. This was such a great change from a hotel and allowed us to have family meals together. The host family was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Clean and convenient
Place is as advertised except for bikes. Short drive to downtown, lovely well lit walking/biking path along waterfront begins only blocks from house and continues all the way to town center. Lattice lined carport perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening air. Nice patio out back with grill.

Our family loved our time in this house- well appointed kitchen, very clean and new space, grill and outdoor table, shaded patio, comfortable beds... We walked along the harborwalk which is a very close walk, visited the nature center and other parks as well as stores within short driving distances, took the owner’s recommendation for beautiful beaches (they had a nice binder of activities as well)... We were very happy with everything and highly recommend it. A great value in a quiet, convenient neighborhood!
