This is the second time we rented this house for our spring break. Perfect house for 2 families of 6 with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Stocked well with kitchen staples and other basics. Beautiful and modern house conveniently located near Main St. Will be our "go to" house everytime we are in Park City.

Wonderful property with spaces to be together but where you also can have privacy. The location cannot be beat … a 5 minute walk to the top of Main Street and a 6 minute walk to the slopes

We loved the house - from the location, to the size of the home, amenities, proximity to the town, and how responsive Julie was to all of our questions and needs. We enjoyed the heated floors and the heated drive way when we had 5+ft of snow. The hot tub was a hit and we enjoyed the nighttime lights from the houses on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again! We weren’t able to use the walkable in and out ski access because this side of the mountain wasn’t open when we arrived but we reserved a parking space in town each day and made it easy for us with a 5 minute drive. A truly great property for our family!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. We were a group of three families totaling 15 people and the lay out of this home was amazing for our needs. It was very clean, the linens are wonderful quality and the space provided us with options for babies, teens and adults. I would highly recommend booking this listing. The host is kind, responsive and makes sure everything is up to standard. Thanks for having us.

This property is everything it says it is and more. Julie was more than welcoming, even allowing us to check in early on our first day. Once inside the place was top-notch with its first-class kitchen, heated floors, connected TV and sound systems, and wonderful views. There's even a back way to get to the Town Lift from the house. We couldn't have asked for a better place in Park City. We will be back.

We loved staying here, but lots of stairs

We enjoyed this house as an extended family of 8. There is plenty of space to spread out. The layout gives all of the bedrooms privacy. BEST part to us were the comfortable beds, crisp sheets and good quality pillows. We don't always have so many bathrooms in a rental, so we appreciated the quantity of en suite options and 1/2 baths. It is a fantastic bonus!!! We used the hot tub all but one day - this is a must have amenity for our family. The theatre room was also used daily. The guys especially liked the big screen. While it isn't technically ski in/ski out, there is a way to carry your equipment and ski down to the town lift. It is more convenient going than returning. There is a trolley that you can catch to get back to King Road which helps with the return trip. I highly recommend this house. For the cost, we enjoyed amenities equal to a much more expensive rental. The house itself it one of the nicest we have stayed in - even when compared to pricier homes in Vail, Beaver Creek, Steamboat and Telluride. It is a really good value and we were all so comfortable for the week.

The private spaces were luxe, the common areas super comfy, and the kitchen was a dream for cooking and dining. We watched films in the movie room, grilled in the outdoor kitchen area and finished every day by soaking in the hot tub. We were a short walk to the “quittin time” run and a quick car ride to the town lift for drop offs. The property managers were super responsive and proactive. We had a terrific week enjoying Park City and this lovely home. Delightful!
