Seventh Heaven was perfect for our family vacation! We all LOVED the views and enjoyed every minute in your amazing home!! There was so much space for everyone to not ever be on top of anybody. So many great options (theater room, hot tub, etc) both for adults and children to keep all busy. We never heard from the kids that they were bored in the house! Kitchen was so well stocked and organized! Made cooking a breeze when anything that we needed was available!! WE LOVED OUR STAY!

The property was excellent and the property manager Derek was great to work with. Derek provided excellent service prior, during and after our stay. We shipped a few packages to the Fed-Ex store and he picked them up and delivered to our rental house prior to us arriving. After our vacation we re packaged our gear and he delivered back to Fe-Ex for us. Made our trip more efficient and enjoyable. 👍

We’ve stayed in various homes in Breckenridge over the years and this home was one of, if not, the absolute best. The owners were great. The property manager Derek was great. They had a beautiful Christmas tree there for the holidays. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. The decor was spot on. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together with just amazing views and then plenty of space for everyone to get a little away time. The “back way” to Peaks 7 and 8 was so easy to use instead of going into town with all the traffic. The kitchen was a chef’s dream. We cooked. We actually had a chef come twice and he said both times how much he loved cooking at the home. There simply are not enough superlatives to share to express what a wonderful experience we had. Highly recommended! Thanks for sharing such an amazing home with us - it made our holiday with friends and family truly magical.

We have stayed at a lot of nice, even extraordinary places before. But none can hold a candle to our experience at Seventh Heaven in Breck! We hosted 10 people total, six adults and four kids, from TX and the UK. And it was perfect. We hiked. We gondola-ed. We shopped. We white water rafted. But mostly we wanted to stay in the home and pamper ourselves with the movies in the home theater, chilling in the hammocks we slung between the incredible trees - watching the clouds and light and views evolve with the day. It was a tad warmer than expected - there is no AC. But the automatic shades over the two storied windows helped us keep the cool air from the previous night captured for most of the day.
The beds were comfy, the amenities impeccable and thoughtful. The management was super responsive - even running out some batteries for a TV remote for us! Friendly, hospitable, and thoughtful throughout our stay.
We loved our time here, and are already nostalgic about all of the amazing memories we created at Seventh Heaven.

Overall stay was amazing, had an issue with hot water the first day but was resolved by our second day there - Derek was easy to get a hold of with any concerns and was quick to reply. Property was beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay!

We were a group of 4 families, 17 people total, and everybody had a nice space to sleep and spend the time. Due to the large size of the house we never felt crowded. Living room is very cozy and we’d definitely consider to rent this property again. Thanks to Derek (manager) because he was helpful all the time! We hope to see you soon again!!!

We had an amazing time at this truly unique, beautiful, spacious and well equipped home with beyond spectacular views. The home was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable and the main living floor space was such that you never wanted to leave it. We intended to do more activities than we did but we all enjoyed being in the home so much that we became "home bodies". I would definitely love to return to this beautiful home.

Short Get Away
Overall the house was great and the property management is amazing. I usually don’t stay in properties that don’t have AC. That was my fault for not looking at the listing and just assuming that a property at this level would have it. Luckily it didn’t get above 75 during the time we stayed there.
One suggestion I have is to add window shades to the bedrooms. None of the bedrooms have window shades so the sun shines into the rooms extremely early, it also makes it tough to put little kids to bed at earlier hours.
Overall the house was great, clean, and as advertised. Even with those items I mentioned we would stay there again. We would just make sure the weather would be cool that week.

The property owners are a bunch of thieves who will do anything to keep the security deposit. They said they found the property "dirty" and that we did not respect the property and for that reason they would keep the security deposit. However, on the course of our stay we spent a couple thousand on hiring a private cleaning service that came everyday to clean the house after we left because we did respect the property and did everything on our power to keep it clean. We didn't hire the service for the last day as it is included in the property price a checkout cleaning service. We are very disappointed with the owners as we feel it is unjustified to keep such a large amount of money. Will not return and you shouldn't too. There are more decent property owners out there.

The house is close (15 minutes due to snow on the roads) to downtown. The house was fantastic! There is not a negative comment to be made. The jacuzzi was a treat. The theater was Top Shelf. The audio was outstanding! We will be back!

Memorable Trip
Really beautiful property. Stunning as you drive up, even more once inside. We underestimated how much we'd enjoy the theater room where we watched the Super Bowl. Derek was very helpful and responsive. The shuttle service is an extremely convenient amenity. Every little detail that contributes to a positive stay was present. Thanks for letting us stay, we'd 100% recommend it to others as well as come back in the future.

Skiing trip
Derek was great and very helpful with planning our transportation, making sure if we need anything, we can communicate directly with him, and made the process of checkin and checkout very easy so we had a great time. Before coming to the house, he provided much information about spots in breckenridge and about shuttle to and from mountains and answered all questions without any hesitation and in a very timely manner. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures, very beautiful - we went with our friends and had a great time.

Amazing Property
We stayed here with three families which included a total of 15 people (6 adults and 9 kids). Everyone absolutely loved this house! It is just as stunning as all of the photos and had something for everyone. The indoor/outdoor feel of the living room was breath taking. The game room and movie theater provided endless entertainment for all. Also the kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy for a large group. Additionally it’s proximity to Breckenridge with included free shuttle service for skiing was perfect. We would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing mountain vacation.

One word to describe my experience, which is EXCELLENT!! This was my family and I first time visiting Colorado. The owner Derek is superb with communicating with you, giving excellent suggestions, as well as offering necessary information needed prior to your stay to ensure that your stay is great without any stress. The complimentary services offered along with additional convenient services allows you to be able to enjoy your vacation from the beginning until the end!
Seventh Heaven is definitely the ideal vacation to stay and enjoy the fantastic scenery. The pictures online doesn’t serve justice on the True Beauty the home away from home has!! My family and I enjoyed everything about the house and well as the convenience to downtown and Ski Peaks!

What an amazing property!
We were looking for a cool property for a team event with that WOW factor that felt like you were truly out in nature without being totally isolated and seventh heaven did not disappoint!!
Everything was fantastic including the communication and response time from the property manager Derek. We arrived and noticed one of the small fridges wasn’t working and he was right out quickly to fix it.

Great Escape
This was a great escape for my group and I. The property is exactly as shown if not better in person. The personal touches and finishes really make this place amazing! The only thing I would even advise is to be prepared for no air conditioning. The temperature was pretty good and fans were provided. We were close to everything but far enough away to feel like we had a piece of the mountain to ourselves! This is a great location for a couples trip! Thanks Derek for a great stay!!!!

Amazing property with great views and all the amenities you could need
Overall, this was a great choice for us. Private, great views, fully stocked, walking trails right there and a great fire pit gathering area that we enjoyed several nights. We hadn't planned to eat in much, but changed our plans once we got there. We enjoyed some excursions (Aspen pass bike trail, floating the CO river, massages in Breck, etc...) but really enjoyed being around this beautiful house. We had 4 couples and spread out. One couple chose to stay in the bunk rooms downstairs for privacy and really enjoyed that. From the fire pit to the hot tub, we really had a great stay at Seventh Heaven and Derek was a great host.

They thought of everything when designing this house
Seeing is believing. This house has everything. Large living area, game room, movie room, bunk room, hot tub, indoor/outdoor extended patio...everything a large group could want. Kitchen is well stocked, the view of the mountains from the living room will take your breath away. This ultra modern house still has a warm/cozy feel, and has enough rooms to spread out and not feel crowded. Kids will love the bunkroom and game room, and you can make popcorn and watch a movie in the theatre room. We can't wait to go back to the amazing architectural wonder in Breckenridge.

The home is fantastic , well stocked and the views are unmatched. While we had no issues requiring attention, Derek was in constant communication with us during our stay making certain we were not in need of anything. Terrific home in beautiful and convenient location
Selected this home for a family vacation for 7 adults. Seventh Heaven was identical to the pics. It's very well maintained and stocked, and the mountain views were terrific (a moose meandered through the yard twice). The property is adjacent to hiking trails, too. Derek was polite, attentive and responsive. We highly recommend Seventh Heaven!

Memorable Spring Break
It's so hard to find properties and destinations that can keep both our 4 year old and 17 year old happy and engaged. Seventh Heaven was perfect! Close enough to the ski resorts and Main Street where the older kids could be fairly independent, while the 2 acres provided endless snowballs, sledding, and snow angels for our 4 year old (he wasn't ready for skiing yet). We stayed with another family with 3 kids. It never once felt crowded. The layout of the house is a great combination of kid and adult spaces. Derek was a tremendous help before, during and after our stay. He was kind enough to send us road updates and travel advisories as we were checking in during an expected record breaking snowstorm. And lastly, we needed to cook on a daily basis for a group of 10. There wasn't ANYTHING lacking in the fully stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property!

Everything was easy and the house was amazing. Close to the Peak 8 lifts. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re thinking about it. We would come back in a heartbeat.
