The key collection was 1 km from the apartment which was not made clear. We walked from the town with heavy luggage (too late for bus and no taxi around) and having finally arrived at the location to collect the key learned we had another 1 km to go! We could have walked half the distance with our cases direct to Windjammer and one of us then fetch the key without baggage - but we didn’t know because you didn’t tell us- dreadful service! When we arrived it was dark and the lights didn’t work. We worked out the electricity had been switched off and then went on a hunt to find the fuse box with our phone lights. Finally found it hidden by the side of a large cupboard. - why when you had take the booking was the place effectively closed up? Absolutely appalling. €140 per night and no bedding which we only found out after booking we had to pay for separately- not acceptable! The bedding was left for us to put it on the beds ! Possibly the worst stay we have ever had as the arrival fiasco just killed the trip.
