Położony poza miastem, raczej dla osób zmotoryzowanych, chociaż w pobliżu są jakieś przystanki. Przed hotelem bezpłatny parking na ulicy. Obiekt dosyć zaniedbany, apartament składa się z dwóch pokoi i niszy kuchennej wyposażonej w garnki, kubki, sztućce i wszystko co potrzebne do samodzielnego przyrządzania posiłków. Restauracja czynna do późnych godzin, w pobliżu kilka innych restauracji. Śniadania wydawane od 7:30 i tylko do 9:30, całkiem spory wybór potraw. Ogromnym plusem jest basen. Dobre wifi i klimatyzacja. Do promenady jest kilkaset m, na najbliższą plażę nieco dalej. Miły i uczynny personel.

Niezbyt czysto, w pokoju mało gniazdek, trzeba pamiętać o zabraniu adaptera ale można też wypożyczyć na recepcji (gratis).

It was dirty, the staff was never there to help us. The pool was filthy. It needs a lot of care and attention

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location is good.

The mattress was uncomfortable. And the bathroom was missing some essentials like hand soap and shower gel.

Boronia Apartments is a hotel with the charm of a French motorway service station, conveniently located directly on the busy main road in the really homely interior surroundings with various interesting ruins of new and old hotels, some of which are currently being demolished - a feast for the eyes is the employee who looks after the breakfast room in the morning with a disposable plastic apron - the path to the beach leads past the newly built Radisson hotel. Boronia Appartements was built in 2016 and has been used intensively since then. As no maintenance or repair work has been carried out since construction began, the plaster is crumbling a little, but who cares? A cleaning lady cleans the floor and the toilet every day. Window sills or dust under the bed are not the responsibility of the cleaning lady. You can stay there but you should have a rental car.

Very clean and basic 👌 loved it

Cold in room in februar, we had one air cond.in sleeping room only. We had problem with hot water. This room is better to rent in summer, but out of season no. For this money you can find better room to stay in februar, and I am sure in season too. Not value for money. Women from reception was nice.

I chose and paid a different room but it was occuppaid when I arrived, 30 mins later. The room they offered was totally different (cheaper) and finally they gave me to choose other apartment close to the hotel. It was noisy during the night, close to the road.

Good location, quiet place, a little shop is close, also a bus stop if you need it (425 direct to the airport), some restaurants around are good. Two airconditions were working good, kitchen has everything I need. The stuff solved the problems we had, thank you!

The furniture is a bit tired. The building we leved looks abandoned and under repair. No cleaning and changing towels for a week

Breakfast was full English, but quite basic. Hardly any fruit. Juice was odd tasting. Outside tables had a lot of bird poo on that transferred onto my tee-shirt.

Room was very old. Broken sofa, hand cleaner was broken, some lights didn't work. Chairs by the pool were few and many broken. Tried to leave message with manager, but didn't seem to change things.

Apartment was nice and cosy.enjoyed the stay .the tv could have been bigger. The cook old man made some special dishes without pork. Thanks to him.

Did not like booking because we got charged 150euros because they listed our kids as age 0.

Very kind staff, convenient position and a lot of good restaurants and shops around.

Breakfast was more or less ok, but everything was the same. Dinners were untasty and sometimes cold and we stopped attending. Maids and reception blond girl were kind and helpful.

My worst stay EVER! MOLD! BROKEN SOFAS! BROKEN SOCKETS AND LAMPS! UNFLEXIBLE OWNER. NO HELP FROM BOOKING.COM!!! HIGHLY UNRECOMMEND! We had to stay 2adults + 1 child and my colleague 3 adults + 2 children and that was the only hotel in Larnaca with suitable accommodation, breakfasts and swimming pool in November. We also asked for dinners as I am after stomach surgery so I hoped variety of buffet will allow me to find something eatable. We were also impressed by 8.5 Booking.com evaluation (I have no idea who was able to evaluate that high so horrible place). My family got room full of MOLD EVERYWHERE! My husband has asthma and allergy on mold, so he immediately got running nose and tears. Sofa was broken. Lamps in the living room weren't working! Socket was broken and cracking. We stayed one night and asked for cancellation and we were rejected. Booking.com staff was the same unhelpful, I provided chat bot with all photos but they said there are no evidences?!? Owner didn't want to negotiate with me, running out when I came and asking poor receptionist to solve the problem. She showed us about 4 or 5 rooms, they were ALL with broken sofas and problems with electricity, in most of them was mold. Finally after the owner refused to return money we find a room where sofa was more or less ok (still my husband got pain in his back after sleeping on it), electricity was working and it was more clean comparing to others. There was also mold, but only in the bathroom. By the way, bathroom lamp broked during our stay as well. So we had to stay till the end of our stay. I also had to add about DIRTY AND OLD TOWELS and BLANKETS!!! We were afraid using them!!! Breakfasts were more or less ok, but the cook doesn't wash fruits and apples were dirty. Dinners were absolutely untasty, cold so we stoped attending. The hotel was in 6 km from Larnaca center and we used to go by bus everytime we wanted to do something.
