the bed is not a junior suite bed.Too low and uncomfortable

best hotel in Denmark and I've been to many! always reliable with great staff, great restaurant and perfect location

parking is policed by a 3rd party company and its the only thing that lets the britannia down. the 3rd party company are ruthless with tickets and you cant leave the car 5 minutes without getting a fine.

Breakfast had limited choice.

The room was spacious. Breakfast was nice and had what you reasonably could ask for. The staff was very helpfull.

The bed was very soft and the room needed a fridge or a minibar. Single rooms were rates way too high. You got a small room with a very small bathroom at almost the same price as a double room.

My only wish is for a slightly varied menu. I have stayed a few times so would love to try something new. Maybe a daily special would be a consideration to spice things up.

The bath tub in room 205 was too narrow. You could barely stand in it without falling over. If you are a senior or have balance issues I would recommend a room with a shower or a wider bath tub.

Need AC. You can't have a newer hotel and not have AC.
