The room was spacious with a beautiful view to the mountains, a big and comfortable bed. Room service every day, two small bottles of water provided daily. Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion replenished regularly. The air conditioning was working well. The location fully fit to my business needs. There is a direct entrance to the shopping centre, which is very comfortable. The breakfast was good, a big variety of warm meals (that I would rather consider lunch), fruits, sweet things. I only missed unsweetened natural yoghurt.

The room could use some maintenance, such as the bathroom door could not fully close, towel hangers were broken, the fridge was difficult to close. Also, on Sunday, the area around the swimming pool was not cleaned, there were no clean towels and all the used towels were around the pool, on the beds and on the ground. There were no umbrellas to provide shade.

Noice place and the door doesn’t work properly. First day no hot water

everyday around 8:00 some knock on my door or even walk in my room! it was very unpleasant especially one day when I just left the shower. also it is not ok when someone wants to sleep longer! one day i was at room at 17:00 and some lady walks in, even though the room was cleaned. the staff is not speaking english and the receptionist does not speak good english. for example: i booked a taxi to the airport at reception - she said it is gonna by 660MXP and that she would prepare an invoice for me. at the end it was 895MPX and no invoice. when i was doing checking they add +~400€ deposit to the payment without even telling me that !!!the issue here is not the deposit itself but that they didnt say it. the terminal does not show the value to be paid. i found that out when the transaction couldnt be done on third time! (as i have card max limit per 1 transaction.) the breakfast are not part of the stay, and food in the hotel is very expensive.

The service was excellent, My father that has limited movement was able to find places to move around.

Before that I was at another hotel a couple of blocks away and I am glad that I swtiched to Camino Real. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the room is very clean, the TV screen is huge. I was attending a conference near by so the location was excellent.

It is a little expensive but you get what you pay for, I tried the restaurant and the food was not bad but I expected it to be better for the price. The breakfast was not included in the room and the restaurant I think it is a little overpriced.

Location is great and the Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Restaurant is ok but not great

The room was very comfortable. The bed was soft, which allowed me to get a good night's sleep.The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were polite and answered my questions.
