The rooms are spacious and clean. And the location is very accesible to the beach and just walking distance to cloud 9

On our last day, there was a water interruption at the hotel and it’s so hassle that we had to go to other homestay to have a shower as we already have to go to the airport. Not sure what happened, but other hotels and home stays didn’t have water interruption.

Room is clean and the location

1. Facilities missed lead as mentioned beach front but the beach area wasn't belong to the hotel, 2.No access to any tour or local transport. 3. Staff and managers can't relay more for any help regarding tour and local transport. 4. Limited toiletries. 5. We booked and paid the hotel 2 months earlier than arrival and with special request that the hotel confirmed our request but when we arrived they put us with different room that rook us 2 hours waiting for us to get check in even we arrived 6 pm.

Clean, modern, friendly, great location for surfing with direct beach access meaning you could avoid paying the beach entrance fee every time you want to surf. Plenty of food options nearby despite being out of the main town. Aircon was mostly fine. Showers were great. Bed was comfy.

The stairway light remained on throughout the night and penetrated right through the sheer curtains. We stayed for 1 week and weren't offered fresh bath towels - though I'm sure they would be provided upon request.

Very spacious room. Air-conditioning works very well. Location is just walking distance to the surfing spots. Breakfast (Filipino breakfast) serving size is quite generous. Basic toiletries are provided..tho towels are provided free of charge only once. Extra towels will be charged (due to water and energy conservation which is highly understndable).

Upon arrival the staffs are not very welcoming. ANTS!!!! Late kitchen staffs. They were supposed to start around 6am (as we were told), but they started the kitchen at around 7am. Bit difficult to get in touch with the staff. Untidy guest/common toilet.

I like the room, it's spacious. We are a group of four and there's plenty of room. The hot shower works. It has access to the beach.The rooms are clean.

It needs to improve it's exhaust fan. The place felt a little damp.

worst hotel! we book a month before going and when we heard about the flood and huge rains we text, called when it was possible to cancel with no fees. they said every thing was great even with the rain so we trust them. then from Cebu we took the flight and it can’t landed cause of the rain and we know by talking with passengers that planes were cancelled several time due to rains so we called them to make a refund as we cannot take the flight or even waiver the fees they didn’t answer and take all the money ..

Location of the property is very close to the main beginners break.

The staff does not try to fix the problems which are inside the resort but just give you excuses. 1) Wifi was not reaching inside our room so we have to work inside the resto. First day i had to do some work and when i came in the restaurant the guy which is behind the bar was watching local filipino shows loud from his phone. When i tried the internet it was not working i asked him why he said wifi was full when nobody els was inside the resto. I asked him if he could reset the wifi he just answered no. So instead of working he is watching shows and taking a place for guest to use the wifi and does not want to try to fix the issue. Bad service. 2) We had a room next to the stairs which is very noisy by the way and we asked if we could stay in a different room as we will stay 7 nights. The answer was that they where full which i understand. We told them that we where willing to pay the upgrade to be moved the coming days. No solution came from there side in the days after. Shows again they don't really try to fix issue inside the resort. I normally don't like to write reviews like this but i think it is needed so the staff will adjust the way they will handle the guest.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Hotel staff is very pleasant.

No hot water. During our stay the hotel was doing renovations and it was noisy from 8am till 4pm. We would appreciate if there was some information of that prior to our booking.

Location is perfect to Cloud 9. Large Rooms. Accomodating staff and manager. Good wifi. Clean. Good aircondition - it really helps with warm weather outside.

Need comfy chairs and table in the room. Food choices to improve.

DONT BOOK HERE! No value of the Money. We had red ants all over our bed when we woke up, they had building work since 6:30am going on and it was impossible to sleep. Loud music playing at 6:15. when confronting and asking for a refund or partly refund I was declined although they fully see the issue.
