Beautiful view and everything we needed in the kitchen for the perfect meal! We enjoyed running out to a great shopping area and coffee in nearby Bee Cave. We even caught a decent sized catfish off the pier and enjoyed the kayaks. This house definitely has everything you want for family fun, from warm, snuggly tv-watching blankets to a well-seasoned cast iron pan.

The property manager was very attentive and answered questions. The house has an amazing view of Lake Travis. This property fitted our family vacation needs for visiting the area. I also like that the property had a website to view attractions in the area and what was expected upon check out. I would highly recommend this property.

This beautiful property was nestled down in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views of Lake Austin. Great location to visit nearby towns, vineyards, shopping and downtown Austin. Although we did not have time to enjoy Lake activities, the house had that to offer too! The house was the perfect size with updated decor. The kitchen was very well prepared to host guests who wanted to cook for family and friends with new appliances, well stocked dishwater, and eat in area with a gorgeous view of the Lake. The owner has truly thought of so many great extras that our stay was above a five star rating!! On top of all that, the owner was very responsive and welcoming! This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and we would recommend this Perfect Paradise for your family and friends!! ❤️

Great property and accurate to the listing. Very spacious, beautiful kitchen, inviting living room and the beds are super comfy. Great showers and water pressure is always a plus too at rentals!

This house allowed us to hang out and relax while playing games with the kiddos. Our 7yr old grandson was fascinated with fishing at the dock as well as going out with his dad and grandfather in the kayaks! The bedding is wonderful!

Our stay was perfect! The amenities were great and there was not a lack of items needed around the house. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to entertain around the house. Parking was good (big enough for boat trailers). The walk down to the water takes some effort but great swimming once you reach the bottom - great little cove to swim in. This home was fabulous! Everything was clean and accurately reflected in the pictures posted on the listing. The host was very nice and responsive to questions. We 8 people - 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 littles (ages 5 and 7). The living room, dining room, and kitchen are perfectly set up for cooking/entertaining without over crowding. The view - holy cow - the view! The pictures do not do it justice! The only downfall - the stairs to the water. However, with that said, it is not a reflection on this property as every Lake Travis home seemed to have a lot of stairs to the water. Our youngest in the group was 5 and I’m not sure I would want any younger for safety reasons. That also goes for increased ages or significant arthritis concerns. I wasn’t prepared for the stairs (my own fault!). If we go back to Lake Travis, we will absolutely look into this home for availability.

We were so lucky to be able to stay at this amazing lake house for the weekend. Stevie was amazing during our stay and gave us the best recommendations on things to do while we were in town. The entire home was immaculate, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. The view is amazing and even though it was rainy while we were in town we were still able to enjoy the deck and floor to ceiling windows. We definitely hope to be back soon!

I booked the house to visit local family. I stayed with my parents and aunt and uncle. The house was perfect for all of us. Walking into the house and seeing the view of Lake Travis was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck drinking coffee in the morning and taking in the view. I would stay here again!

The house was easy to find and was very nice. The kitchen is large and very useable. The stairs to the water are tough but worth the effort. The 2 trail heads in the neighborhood were very nice and are a 5 minute drive from the house (park at the community center and walk 0.3 miles to the trailhead).

We spent a week with family (kids and grandparents). The house was perfect as it was on the lake and an easy drive to everything we planned to do while in town.

Before we arrived I knew this was going to be a great stay. The owner, who was so nice, reached out with advice on everything from grocery ideas, to wineries, and places to eat. The house looks just like the pictures, and the view is better than described. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. Looking forward to the next visit.

This property was perfect to showcase Lake Travis to my family for their first time. The view was amazing and the dock still has access to deep water, making fishing, boating, and kayaking very easy. Stevie was a great host and made the stay very enjoyable!

The home was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The view relaxing. Only area that need to be updated was the master bathroom shower. I would definitely be back.

This is a great property for groups and families directly on Lake Travis with picturesque views of the lake from inside the house and on the back deck. There is direct stairway access to the lake where a floating dock with two kayaks await. The house has comfortable furniture and plenty of space. It comes well equipped with nice fixtures and appliances. Amenities include cable/smart TV’s and a game room with combined pool and ping pong table. The one downside, as previously mentioned, is that the master shower is a little cramped. Overall, great stay.

The morning view from the master bedroom is amazing. The place comes furnished with anything you might need I went with a group of 8 guys and there was plenty of room for us all. The owner was attentive and quick to answer questions. Loved it!

Short stay for a wedding nearby. House was as described. Owner was responsive. For what we needed (location) it served the purpose.

Well, this house is what I would call old and tired. The kitchen and living room are fine, however the Master Bathroom is dreadful. The shower is an old insert shower that is chipping and looks dirty. The vanity in the master is made of plastic and the sink doesn’t drain. The second bath was about the same. The side yard is all mud and rock, which was hard with the dogs. The steps down to the dock are straight down and somewhat dangerous. The kitchen was well stocked, however we discovered when we got in the shower that there was no body soap. I think this is a mediocre rental and we would not stay here again. It is referred to as a Lux Property, which it definitely is not. Thank you!

The property was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay. The views from the living room and kitchen were amazing. The ping-pong table was a plus and kept our grandsons busy on several rainy days. Quite a lovely place and very well equipped!

We stayed for three nights and had an amazing time. The property itself is beautiful. The beds were super comfortable - lots of extra pillows and blankets. The views of the lake are stunning, especially in the morning with the mist coming off the water. It is only a thirty minute drive to downtown Austin. It was really nice being out of the city but close enough to go in when we wanted to. We would definitely come back to this property again!

Great view and comfortable, very relaxing!

We got together with six people for our stay and had a wonderful time. The kitchen had all of the necessary items to cook good meals. Although you will want to grab some ice or cold water first thing because the ice machine did not seem to be working. The beds were all super comfy and the rooms were clean. One set of guests said that their room ( the one with the washer and dryer) could use a mirror to help a group of people get ready with two bathrooms. Make sure you bring bug spray and citronella candles. We were prepared, and we are certainly glad we were. The bugs really want to get inside once the sun goes down. Just as the previous reviews have mentioned, take to the lake with caution going up and down the stairs. They are steep. The climb is doable, but requires some energy. I would not have been very comfortable bringing my small kids up and down them. The game room was an unexpected hit. We played ping pong, mini pool, and card games in the cozy room. The window ac unit in the room works well and should be turned on on hot days if you want to use the room. One outside light in the front near the hammock was shining brightly into the adjacent room the first night. We searched for the switch for half a day before we were able to turn it off and one person in that room could get a good nights sleep. All in all it was a wonderful stay at a wonderful home. I definitely recommend it to adults who want to get away to a quiet lake.

My family and I had a great time at this property! The house was clean and the lake views were beautiful! As other reviews stated, the steps down to the dock are very steep, you just have to take your time! Overall, great trip and great house. We would for sure stay here again.

The property is incredible and has beautiful views of the Lake. I have stayed a few different place on the lake and this is without a doubt the most scenic. The giant windows are a really nice touch to be able to enjoy the view from inside when the bugs are out or it’s just too hot. The house is filled with everything you need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Stevie is a wonderful host and will make sure you are taken care of and enjoying your trip. The stairs down to the lake are no joke as others have mentioned. We (four 29 year old males) thought the comments may be exaggerating before the trip but quickly found out they were not. We were definitely feeling it by the time we got back to the top. If you have trouble on stairs that would be the only deterrent to staying here if you plan to walk down to the dock/lake. Highly recommend staying here and hope we get a chance to come back.

We had a great time at the house. The house was clean and very nice. We were able to put our boat in the water at the community ramp and tie up to the private dock on the property.

This house had everything we needed for the perfect family getaway, from beach towels to cooking utensils (even spices)- we were able to make ourselves at home and enjoy the beautiful home and lake. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the owners really thought of everything! The other reviews were not kidding, the steps down to the lake were very steep but allowed us to get some cardio in!

Awesome location on the lake (still has deep water during this drought) and great house to getaway with some friends!

This home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a very relaxing week. Dog friendly and great communication from the host. It was a bit of a trek down the stairs to the lake, but there were beautiful views from almost every room. Great open spaces and plenty of room. We loved our stay in Bright Cove. Thanks!

We had a great experience. The property mgr (Stevie) reached out throughout our trip to make sure that everything was going well and to make sure that we did not need anything . We would be happy to stay here again!!
