Great place

The apartment was well appointed, very clean and perfect location to shopping, dining, hiking, sight seeing, etc. The only down fall I would say is that the bar/restaurant below starts prep work or something around 5am every morning (sometimes earlier) along with loud music. So if you are a light sleeper, or want to sleep past that time, it might not be the perfect place-or maybe apt. 106 at the front of the building is quieter in the mornings? We expected music and bar noises at night, but didn't expect that in the morning.

This apartment is great for anyone wanting to visit downtown Waynesville. Very clean and well appointed. It was a little noisy from the pub downstairs but we knew it could be when we booked. We had a great weekend.

Thank you for making such a wonderful place to spend a couple of nights. It was furnished perfectly and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We will return and this has become our new go to place.

Two notable observations. We have stayed in many rentals in the US and abroad. This was, without doubt, the cleanest we have ever seen. This apartment reminds us of a charming, recently renovated apartment in an existing building somewhere in Italy. Or Provence.

This was a comfortable place in a perfect location! We walked the downtown area, enjoyed the restaurants and drove to the other places we desired. Will definitely recommend this place!

Everything about the property was as listed. I was a little worried about staying above a bar/restaurant but we never heard a sound. Location and availability of parking was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is right in the center of everything Waynesville has to offer. It was just perfect with easy access to beautiful shops, delicious restaurants, and the festival on Main Street. We loved it!

This rental will be one of my favorites ever. Returning to Waynesville for the 1st time in 15 years, I wanted to gallery- browse for early C'mas gifts while visiting friends. My venue choices for a casual supper (Bocci's) and a formal dinner (Chef's Table on Church) we're both recommended by the host. The bedroom was perfect: comfy mattress and upscale linens.I'd worried that a loft apt above a pub venue would be noisy, but not so.The renovation of this chic upstairs group of apts was sound-proofed. I hope to stay again soon.

We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals and this one on the inside is perfection....close to everything (never moved the car), lots of extras thought of....for a long weekend literally had to bring nothing but our personal items. Most comfortable bed I've ever had at a rental. For that reason it is 5+ stars. The only downside....this unit in particular is above the kitchen of Boojum. We knew there would be noise (have lived in cities before)....but this was different. It took us about a day to figure out the low roar noise that ran all day and then went away at night....I'm assuming is the grill vent hood below. It literally shakes the couch. And the kitchen...the employees stayed down there to between 2-3 in the morning (started with voices and dishes...ok, cleaning up)...but it kept going until the middle of the night with loud music and we could literally hear their conversations. Quiet from about 3-7 and then the am crew shows up and it starts again....this am we got a Coldplay concert. So if you are a light sleeper or have a hard time getting to sleep...maybe try one of the other units in the building.

😊The apartment really met our needs for the trip. Only negative…It was a little loud on the weekend from the downstairs restaurant activity. That being said….Will come back again.

Parking was spotty and internet was terrible owner responded but internet kept going down. There’s no assigned parking space. Long haul from the street behind. All luggage must be carried up a long flight of stairs.

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary getaway to Waynesville and our accommodations were great. We did have WiFi connection issues, but the hosts were on top of it and looking to eliminate these. Beautiful place in a lovely town!

Brand new, clean and best location.!!! Second time we have stayed here and we love it 😃
