My friend and I stayed here for a week. The house is a Shabby Chic Cottage with lots of character. Our host made sure we had everything we needed. Best place to eat and site see! Awesome location! We were able to get anywhere we wanted in about a hour time. What a wonderful time we had here.😊

My husband, adult daughter, 15 pound pug, and I were on vacation and stayed 7 days at this property. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for us as we could let Zoey out without a leash. The beds were very comfortable and gave all us a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully stocked. Having a washer and dryer and off-street parking were "must-haves" for us. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Our host was very gracious and responded to our texts immediately. The property is extremely clean which was greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with our stay.

It was a great place and location for the wedding. The owner was amazing in checking in with us and making sure all was going well. It was a great stay.

We enjoyed our relaxing and comfortable stay at West End Cottage. Julia was available via text with any questions. The outside space is great with a fire pit, BBQ, shade sail, sunshine, and stars. The inside space is very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is excellently stocked. Hope to stay again one day. For a table now would be a good time

The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is older but has wonderful, unique decorations. We enjoyed our stay.

The owner of the home was very helpful and responded to all messages. The home is nestled in a great place, close to downtown Ft. Collins and close to access the mountains by vehicle. The downfall that friends and myself agreed upon were the house needed much work done to it. The outside of the home had landscaping needs, siding on the house needs to be fixed, and the propane tank for the gas fire pit was not very good, did not produce heat or flames on two times while we stayed. Other than a few needed update of cosmetics on the outside, the cottage was great stay.

Wow, what a treat it was to stay here. The cottage upon entering is one, not what you'd expect from the pictures-it's better. Julia has done an outstanding job providing visitors with everything and anything you'll need for a stay. The cottage is very cozy, lots of space and has a very large fenced yard for pups to run around in. Which I had both of mine in tow. You're minutes from town, the University and hiking trails. This location worked perfectly for us as we were in town for our sons graduation from CSU. Thanks again Julia for providing such a fantastic space.

The Westside cottage was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and decorated beautifully and. artistically, with just the right amount of everything. The beds were especially comfortable , we all slept great and enjoyed the themes of each room. We had a small “get together” with friends from Fort Collins, the house was easy to get to and accommodated us very well. The host was also very nice and great at communicating, she made sure that we had everything we needed, and checked in periodically via text, she even extended our checkout time free of charge. It was a truly great snd memorable experience.

Seeing the poinsettia tablecloth on the kitchen table, the Christmas lights strung above the fireplace, the holiday pillows and decorations made it feel like Christmas. The beds are perfect and there is every type of pillow for your needs. This cozy home fit our needs perfectly...so nice to be able to open the front door and let your dog out for some free time. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. We loved our stay and would def recommend staying here. I honestly cannot think of anything negative about our stay.

This lovely family home was very comfortable and versatile to meet all our needs over a busy holiday gathering. The yard was such an asset for travel with our 2 dogs. Host was very sweet and supportive, but we found the property lacking nothing.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Close to town, great road and mountain biking right out the door, and perfect amount of space for five of us. Julia was amazingly helpful with early checkin and late checkout. Fenced in yard great for the dog. We highly recommend this spot!

This is a note I wrote to Julia, the hostess I have been having many thoughts about this cottage since we arrived that I wanted to share with you…. So here they are: Things I Like About this cabin…. Love the art work throughout the house but particularly in the bedrooms. Love the colors of each bedroom Love the bay window and chandelier in the center bedroom. The beds and linens are fabulous!!! Such wonderful sleeping. All the fans are so helpful and used a lot! Love the way the kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and dishes and utensils for cooking and eating! Love the vacuum….. works well and the floor and rug control button are really cool and work well. The front porch is wonderful. The fenced in front yard area has made our dogs so happy and we love sitting out there with them. The back yard patio is sooooo beautiful! It is just a perfect place to relax and enjoy ourselves. It is also a good place to relax while the dogs have their fun in the front yard. The bathroom is just right. Love the decor and all the wonderful soaps, skin care lotions and shampoo, towels and supplies. Love the location…. such easy access to the mountains and the downtown area. I cannot imagine a better place to be …. Love living in a well equipped home with such easy access to cities and magnificent mountain scenery! Our best vacation ever…. Close to our daughter, to breathtaking scenery and an excellent setting for us and our dogs! Thanks for letting us be your guests for a month. I am cleaning everyday and doing my best to take care of this lovely house. I value all the love and effort that has been put into this home.
