The house was spotless. excellent facilities and the beds where very comfortable

It was a lovely house with everything we needed

Location. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space.

Chose for location to Town and Airport. Was generally clean but the coffee pot was gross ; we just boiled water for tea in a pan. Tea pot not much better. Also placemats were not wiped down … we did not use. bed linens were clean and beds comfortable. All bedrooms were basic in a good way. House was spacious and fit our needs for 3 adults, one teen and one child.

Very corporate feel in communications ; very impersonal and almost demanding. NOT a friendly welcoming feel. Just the bare basics… not even a sponge in kitchen. also they expect that the dishwasher be run before checking out but leave NO dishwasher soap. So, no can do. bathroom sinks had a hot faucet and a cold faucet. So it was difficult to get a comfortable temperature to wash up; too hot or too cold. Shower in master bathroom TINY. The “ supervisor” did not answer phone when we called for more specific location information. The expectation is that the renters strip the beds and place bed linens outside the front door. Not my job. Check out is 9 AM!!! as our flight required us to be at the airport at 5:30 am this was not a problem but I’ve never even heard of a checkout so early. No concept of a relaxing breakfast and shower at that rate.

House was bright, spacious and clean. Showers were great especially the power shower in the En Suite. Caroline showed us how to work the heating and boiler after we arrived but they weren't necessary to touch again for the duration of the stay as the system we so good. Comfy beds, plenty of towels included. Sunny picnic bench in the garden during the evening time. Grounds well maintained.

Kitchen could have been better equipped as it's self catering. The frying pans needed replacement, we didn't use them because of this. There weren't practical basic utensils like a wooden spoon, and we couldn't find the grill pan.

We find the location perfect for us. This is our third time staying here. The host, Caroline, was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. We're definitely planning to stay again.

Nothing, we were happy with everything!

There was a leak in the house for the whole weekend coming through the ceiling. From the looks of the ceiling and the hole there, it had been leaking for quite a white. The back door was off its rails. The electricity kept tripping because off the water damage. This was a present for my friend's 50th birthday and was seriously unimpressed with condition the apartment was in. Every time someone went for a shower people in the sitting room got a shower also.

Good location, quiet cul de sac, house size very good for us. 3 toilets very handy for a big family.

Settees in poor state and very low down. A lamp on each bedside would have been better. The mattresses were very hard. The door handles were very loud, especially at night, and screeched when turned on most door's

Easy to collect and leave keys, the house was clean and location was perfect for our needs.

More homely feel maybe needed did feel like a student accommodation

Location is excellent and short driving distance to scenic areas such as lahinch Spanish point Ennis doolin etc etc . House is very very nice and spacious and hosts were able to accommodate my request for a house with downstairs bedroom for my mother

Onky two rings of hob were working and thst was a little awkward plus the cold tap in kitchen was nearly impossible to turn but I know hosts will fix those two tiny issues - they are very helpful abd co-operative

the property was well situated in the lovely village of Bunratty. easy walking distance to three good places to eat.

It was noisy at times as some of the nearby houses were seemed to be let to local students.

pristine clean and also very spacious and open plan of the property makes it very family friendly

great place to use as a base and plenty of bars and restaurants in Bunratty do you can leave the car at home and walk to everywhere

as with all holiday villages, you are a bit reliant on other guests behaving properly
