Die Lage ist hervorragend zentral! Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat ein Café mit leckeren Torten und Kuchen. Im hauseigenen Restaurant kann entsprechend gespeist werden.

I waited in the reception 10 mins with nobody.

The food in the restaurant was tasty - I had the vegetarian yellow curry, which I would recommend, and the breakfast was good the next morning. The (deluxe?) single room I had was comfortable with a good view - it just wasn't the double room I had booked and been charged for. TIP - if you are travelling by train and need a taxi, book it before you arrive. I had to walk to the hotel in the snow with my case.

The attitude with which I was informed that I was getting a single room rather than the double I had booked. The attitude was that it had a bed that was bigger than a normal single (which it was), so that would be fine, and they didn't have any double rooms anyway.

Clean, modern room, comfortable setup. Perfect heating. Good restaurant downstairs.

perfect location to go to Herrenchiemsee and Fraueninsel. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. The hotel was busy but quiet. Staff was welcoming and helpful, especially at the front desk. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, practical sitting area.

the only very minor thing was the shower door not shutting completely.
