Great apartment, very spacious with a view of the pool

I liked everything

The pool was very nice and close to the beach in Albufeira. The staff was extremely friendly and good price to park the car.

The third bed (for a third person) was unfortunately extremely unconfortable.

The staff Jose especially was amazing he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable orgainsied everything even meet us at are taxi to carry are bags left a birthday gift for my sister in the room just a wonderful experience ❤️ the cleaners were amazing had the room spotless very clean hotel close to everything would come back again

Well kitted kitchen but it would have been useful to have a washing machine. The internet was good Comfortable bed The location is good being just on the edge of the tourist madness of Albufiera

A trolley to carry the luggage when your room is so far from the car park would have been useful.

Excellent apartment has everything required for a stay.

The property is not ideally located for anybody who has walking difficulties due it’s location being on an incline

The machines didn’t work at the gym

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the staff member who was at reception. very friendly and knowledgeable. room was ground floor, superb , very clean and spacious. location is perfect ( for us) several minutes walk to the beach 5 min in a taxi to the Old town of Albufeira perhaps 5-7 min into new town we walked which took 55-60 min ( great walk by the way) room was also cleaned daily and although this was self catering, basics were provided like shampoo, soap, toilet rolls and kitchen supplies like sponge and washing up liquid sample dose ( we liked that ) we didn’t really use the kitchen as this was a short stay and we ate out several good restaurants around to explore, we enjoyed the tavern by the beach - reasonably priced

- there was no ironing board and iron ( we didn’t ask at reception ) - there was heavy smell in the corridor which resembled gas leak but unsure what that was

The apartment was very big, one bedroom, separate living room , separate kitchen, balcony overlooking 2 pools, it was spotless, cleaner came in everyday. Big bathroom, soap and shower gel supplied. José was extremely helpful and very friendly. We loved our stay there and hopefully will be back at the end of summer

The location was excellent. It was just a few minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jose. Apartment was spotless, comfortable and very big. The bedroom was lovely and the garden and pool area was very nice.

The sitting area was a bit dark and there was no iron, ironing board, or clothes airer but I understand these are available on request and Jose did offer us a clothes airer during one of our many talks. The apartment could also do with a washing machine.

we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! rooms were large, exceptionally clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.

The hotel is small and quiet, staff very attentive. Pools are perfect size, close to some good bars and an amazing small beach.

The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for the beach, restaurants and Bars. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced regularly if not daily.

Nothing - would have been lovely if there had been a 2 bedroom apartment as we have 2 kids, but we managed fine.

Facility: Onsite pool and snack bar was great. 3 different sized pools is wonderful for those who have toddlers to grown kids. Snackbar had Limited hours of operations but worked well for us. lots of outdoor eating space was great. Snackbar had a pool table which was nice. Room: was lovely, specious and very well laid out. Huge kitchen which was nice as we did some cooking. Good supply of dishes, pots and pans, microwave, toaster and kettle. This was a really lovely room. Locations: about 8-10 minute walk to everything I needed such as the village where the restaurants and shops are located next to the beach, pharmacy, grocery stores and ceveal conv

Facility: music in the snackbar would be nice, more items for the kids as well like a video game and air hockey. Details on the going ons of the area would have been nice, we missed a local festival. Room: kitchen was not well equipped as chopping knives, whisk and cheese greater is something I would say is common. Fridge was on the smaller side. laundry machine would have been excellent.

Great location. Clean and well kept facilities. Jose on the front desk was brilliant. Really helpful and very friendly. Quiet and a great base location. Near lovely beaches.

Outside balcony area quite small - we were on ground floor. Fine to dry clothes but wouldn't be great for sitting out on.

We visited Aqua Mar in June with our 11 month old baby, as a first family holiday and everything was perfect. All staff so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help make our stay special, rooms were cleaned every day by very friendly staff, apartment was spacious and very clean, pools were lovely and clean, baby pool was ideal size for our little one. location was great, close enough to walk around the resort and we didn’t need to take taxis anywhere. We loved it so much we have booked to return in August with our parents.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant in all areas. Everything was kept clean and tidy all the time. The staff were very helpful, always welcoming and engaging. Paula was amazing making us welcoming and feel at home. The flat has everything you need from kitchen, to balcony where you can enjoy. The old lady who have serving breakfast for us was so nice. Many thanks for Paula and her team staff in the hotel.
