Beautiful building and room with amazing ensuite. Great views down the main street. Quiet despite being very central Helpful and friendly staff Lovely breakfast with lots of choice

unfortunately it was a little quiet in the wine bar on the evening we were there

The interior design was daring but very nice, the breakfast was very good especially with the fruit juice bar. The location is excellent, very near from the nicest places in Strasbourg.

Great location, very Nice and convenient hotel in the heart of the city, close to everything. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast is also very satisfying

Everything was just perfect

close to everything you like to explore and the train station.

Sublime breakfast . Good variety , quality products. You can squeeze your own fresh juice. Fresh croassans and other pastrie with extensive selection of homemade jams. Friendly stuff. If all restaurants close on Sunday, try a hotel wine bar and sip on pinot noir while nibbling on hams. Also, the hotel is recommended by our cat that didn't want to leave...

Extremely small room with no proper blinds.

location is great, the staff were very welcoming and helpful giving us advice on places to see and recommendations for restaurants in the evening. The hotel has a wine bar which is a great place to sit and relax after a day sightseeing. They can serve a cheese and charcuterie board if you wish to nibble something with your wine. All in all it was a really enjoyable time.

I didn’t mind the street noise as it goes hand in hand with a city centre location but as long as you have a realistic expectation then it’s fine

The location is excellent; it’s an easy walk to all the main attractions. The staff were really lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was great to have the option of a single room as a solo traveller.

Location is perfect. Rooms are very clean. They gave a gift ( wine ) , Staff Diana is very helpful, we are waiting in resting room ( free coffee and snacks ) for checkin time.

The rooms were so tiny. It’s look like they were small corridors converted into rooms!

we were given a room on 4th floor without a lift and with a 9y old, it was not always easy. though the hotel staff promised to give us a better room next time.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Great location. Good breakfast. Toilets separated from bathroom. Honey-based amenities.

Much too soft pillows. We should have been told at time of booking that the room type reserved is on the 3rd floor without elevator access - impossible to carry up a big heavy luggage!

Excellent location - an uncomplicated walk from the train station and quite close to Place Kleber. Staff very friendly. Room very clean although a little on the small side.

Room was small, but made the most of the space.
