Stayed family in two adjacent rooms with a connecting door. Worked very well. Good breakfast Newly paved parking area. No gravel as stated in other reviews.

The room was in good decor aswell as the bathroom. Staff were helpful. Car park near reception.

It was advertised as 2•8 miles from the location I was booking form and it was more like 7 or 8 miles. Very difficult to find as there was no signage or bright lights to be seen and it was squeezed between two other hotels and in the night I mistook it as part of the hotel that was clearly lit up, hence I was looking for the reception in the lit up Hotel. But logic was telling me it's a different name on the Hotel ! Had to reset the Sat nav and Google maps so which told me again I was at my destination. You are charged for breakfast wether you require it or not.

Close to motorway and supermarket, dogs very welcome, no charge! Nice walk around.

Very hard to find, we were outside it and still couldn't see it! Sat nav didn't know. Very little English but we had a good laugh with them trying to understand.

The private parking area was being remodelled and had to park outside on the street and walking to the building through bushes only. I prefer this to be clearly stated on the Booking.com

The car park needs relaying and sorting out. Tree roots have broken through the tarmac and made it quite dangerous and no good for low cars at all. Room was a little on the small side compared to some we have stayed in.

the lady on duty when we arrived was very helpful and changed our room so we had an enclosed shower and not one with a curtain and also found a hairdryer that was missing all with a smile thank you in the morning the staff were very helpful again and friendly

Very convenient and well located outside Bordeaux (just 2 minutes from the highway) . The hotel is ideal for a travel break. Private parking and good breakfast

Check-in process needs to be improved. We arrived at 8pm and the only member of staff was leaving and closing everything. We were very lucky not to arrive 5 minutes later. This is especially worrying since the car park gate requires a code to open and the main street is usually used as a meeting area for petrolheads or probably worse. After that no one at the hotel to help.
