The home is beautiful! We spent many hours on the decks enjoying the amazing views and lingering over dinner around the fire table. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would book this property again.

Fantastic location! Everything as advertised, newer townhome with tasteful decor. Clean and bonus inclusion of towels and linens. Very spacious and didn’t feel cramped. Ample parking. Prime location.

We had a great stay at this property on Marsh Island Good location, only 7 mins to the beach and 5 mins to Main Street. Very good view of the the small town Chincoteague over the water. We will definitely book again

Overall check in went well; however, later that evening we returned from dinner to discover someone had entered the unit leaving evidence of their presence. We were frightened & disturbed by the unknown entry that no one could explain. We believe the checkin code WAS NOT changed from previous/renters. There is much more to this incident, but I’m thankful to say we stayed and enjoyed family time in this beautiful unit. The property manager/staff responded quickly to the incident detailed above and other concerns that came up during our stay; they were friendly and professional. The views from the unit are amazing; the 3 flights of stairs were unexpected - they may have been noted- I don’t recall, but my husband and mother tackled them like rock stars. The pictures are on point and showcase the unit accurately. Our first visit to Chincoteague; we will return , not to this property bc of stairs, if you’re good with the flight of stairs which meet you at entry and take you up to the main floor and the bedrooms two more flights up , this place is lovely.

Chincoteague island was lovely and the townhouse was close to everything while still very quiet. There were some fruit flies when we first arrived but other than that our stay was great and the views of the water were amazing.

Our week long stay in Chincoteague was absolutely perfect and I am so glad we stayed here. The house was wonderful - well equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area and the views were outstanding. We are looking for our dates for next year!

Very peaceful place to just relax. The only thing to be mindful of is the included linens. The listing doesn't mention it is only one towel per person, which isn't enough when you go with kids. Other than that it was an awesome place.

The property was very clean, well furnished and extremely well kept. We could not have asked for anything more. We were hesitant to book this property as last year we had stayed in Virginia Beach at a rental and it was awful. We are so pleased we made this choice and are planning to return.

A rainy weekend. However, we made the best of it. We explored Chincoteaque Island and walked the Pony trail before leaving for home. We brought plenty of reading, played games that were in the house and caught up on much needed sleep during the height of the storm. Saturday was the best weather day for exploring and we found our way to Ocean City and Berlin, MD. The house was warm and quiet. Beds were comfortable and we had enough room to spread out.
One comment by our daughter is for a chair in the room with the bunk beds. She is an avid reader and would have welcomed a cozy chair.
Highly recommend for a recharging weekend.

Best location with easy access to village of Chincoteague. Birds, boats, dolphins all cruise by the townhouse on its own little island. Great amenities in home with a deck that has a propane fire pit on a table. Your own laundry to take home clean clothes great interior very comfortable. 3 levels so 3 sets of staircases . Dock access right on channel for a small boat. Don’t kayak here channel is very swift if it’s not slack tide. Great sunrises in morning you want to see an amazing sunset take a walk up to bridge at sunset or go into town and take in sunset from park or one of the rope walk. Would I book again absolutely!!!!!!!

For our first vacation as a blended family with 5 kids, At the Water's Edge was great for us! 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms...plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space when they needed it. Kids ages 7-16 had a great time riding bike, fishing, and exploring around the dock at low tide. A quick drive to the grocery store was convenient to stock up on drinks and snacks!

Memorial Day Weekend 2022
We enjoyed our stay at the Water's Edge. The property was beautiful, extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with a missing ceiling fan remote for the master bedroom, of which I highly recommend the owners replace. Once we discovered the remote was for the 1st floor fan, I sent the realty service company a text and within hours maintenance arrived to resolve our problem.

Birder's delight
We three retired lady birders had a delightful time at this home. We each had a bathroom and bedroom to ourselves. The living area is spacious and the balcony lovely. Only a short trip to Chincoteague so we could leave early, come back to rest and go out again several times in one day.

The property was a beautiful townhome that was newer and very well appointed. It was bigger than we really needed but the pictures made it too nice to pass up. Great quiet location right across the Channel from the island. Had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 day getaway.

A lovely place for a family vacation.
A nice location on the bay with spectacular views from many of the rooms. There is a screened in balcony where you can enjoy the uninterrupted view of the water. Great location for kayak and paddle boards, although like a typical bay, there is some seaweed that gets washed up. Fishing and crabbing right off the dock.
The house has everything you need with a well stocked kitchen.
Lots of places within walking distance and the ocean just 2 blocks across the street.

The property is close to downtown for those that want to check out the historic sights as well as partake in seafood at the local restaurants. The beach is only 10-15 mins away a short ride to the national park. Also great views of the bay.

Definitely one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed in. Easy check in and out procedure with no contact and clear instructions. Love that. Home is spotless and well decorated. Has all the basics plus some games etc. great little balcony for morning coffee

Excellent Chincoteague Stay
My husband and our 2 kids (12 and 17) just had a wonderful short stay in Chincoteague. Our accommodations at Marsh Island were excellent! It was extremely clean, had everything you could possible need or want and the location was perfect. We enjoyed morning tea on the balcony watching the egrets and herons, as well as popcorn and movies at night. The condo’s convenient location allowed us to come and go from crabbing, fishing, ice cream, mini golf and the ponies of Assateague. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed:)
