Good property, well maintained. close to beach.

Lovely quiet location. We were on the first floor. The view was of a small wood. Parking the car was easy and secure next to the accommodation. We have a tandem bicycle which is quite valuable, but we felt it was quite safe locked up outside our apartment. The beach is a very short walk and there is an excellent network of cycle paths to reach other places. The pool was fine, though we only used it once in 10 days - would be good for small children.

The bed was a little firm......

Friendly staff, good size pool with lots of loungers and umbrellas, close to the beach within walking distance of the town.

appartment was very clean and well equiped

would have liked to go in the pool but it was very green and looked a bit dirty so didnt go in.

Really comfortable rooms with very little noise .

The short distance to the beach was a blessing. We were also very happy about the cleanliness and with how well-equipped the kitchen was. Despite the physical reception being closed, we were able to check in thanks to the hotel’s hotline and thanks to the safety box containing our keys. The pool was another asset! Despite not having air conditioning nor any fans, opening the windows was enough to cool us down (especially at night). Plus, there were no mosquitoes!

We were train travellers, so we had to walk everywhere. It took thirty minutes to get to the train station, to the town centre and to the nearest supermarket.

The good 1. The staff were helpful and very smiley when we finally met on the next day 2. The beds were comfortable. 3. Good facilities and near activities. 4. The apartment was well appointed and had all the equipment you need for a holiday. Dishwasher, kitchen kit etc. 5. The apartment was spotless and well maintained 6. It's 5 minutes bike ride to the town centre

The Bad 1. We booked late on a Sunday circa 2.00pm but the beds were not made up nor were there any towels. As we were bike packing all we wanted was a shower and a comfortable bed. 2. Booking.com and the hotel published reception would be open 9.00 to 12.00 and 16.00 to 19.00 in Sunday's, But the phone message confirmed no reception staff from midday on Sunday. 3. No text or email confirming arrangents for a late checkin were sent. Or the code for he entrance gates provided. We missed the 17.50 ferry by 10 minutes so knew we would be late so spent the next hour trying to find somebody in any one of the resort's who could confirm the late check in systems. Four Pierre and Vacances resort's later bingo and as we got on the ferry we had the late checkin instructions

Lovely beach and village. Very close to the beach.

Smoking allowed on balconies. The second week we had smoking neighbours and it was a nightmare. We could eat outside or leave the window open because all smoke went our direction. Definitely not recommended to families with small children until non-smoking zone/rooms are not available.
