The amenties wete extremely basic, cleaning was superficial, rooms wete small. The hotel location was far from everything, bus stop, train station, any shop. It was a hassle to get on the shuttle as the hours were limited

The view was nice but the rooms were very dirty. Spider web, dust and even the floor it seems not hoovered. with all of that being said the staff at reception were very welcoming and nice.

The best of the trip was without doubt, the town and the environment.

Everything related with "LES CAMPANULES". From the very beginning we felt that we were nothing to the staff from the hotel. They did not answer any question that we had previous to our trip and solve some problems related with our booking, never had a word from them. We travel to many places and never wrote a bad review but this is the exception. Not recommended AT ALL.

Unfortunately the restaurant menu is quite limited to be in France

the view , the people , the room , the balcony , The fact that they would let you order take away food into the hotel if the restaurant was full. We used Chamon-eats and they were great !

15 mins from Centre - but the view made up for this !

The host was helpful and friendly, giving us suggestions for places to visit. I am recommend the hot chocolate- and the view from our window was magnificent mountains

There were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Be aware that the hotel is at the top of a steep road. You need transport or good hiking legs!

We loved this hotel, great value for money. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was amazing, not a lot of selection for dinner though but it was fine.

There wasn't anything I could say I didn't like. Our room was small but it was excellent value for money and we just needed somewhere to sleep before we started our TMB hike.
