The man who served us on the afternoon we left was very welcoming and polite. They also let us leave our bags.

The hotel was a pretty and charming old building. The room was ok, but there was no balcony even though we booked a room with a balcony. The restaurant was good (really nice food) and the menus are interesting.

We don't understand why the receptionist (the same person worked as a waitress too) was so unfriendly and even rude to us. From the very beginning until the moment we left. She made us feel not welcome at all. That spoiled the whole experience.

Didier is an excellent chef and produces first class meals for a reasonable price. We have eaten there many times and never been disappointed.

the room we were given was facing the front of the hotel and had afternoon sun allllll afternoon. our room was like an oven. no care was taken to assist with cooling the room by the staff by closing the curtains and putting the fan on.
